I forget the unit name but during ww2 when America was in the island hopping stage of the Pacific Theater there was a unit that was deployed for unusally long time. They held their own throughout however a visiting officer immediately pulled them out. Why? He noticed they were liming their foxholes with human skulls. Spending too long under battlefield conditions will mess with even the toughest amongst us. Ergo I too am nit surprised to hear the bulk of these 6 month military conflicts were not renewed.
1
Regarding spending. When will we accept that English Economic Theory which underpins Kenseonian Economics is inferior to Austrian Economics? Do you borrow to make ends meet during hard times? I did not think so. The best part is we all know loansharks are scum but for some reason borrowing by governments , from private cartels, is how modern fiscal policies work. Fractional Reserve Banking was a mistake.
1
The termMilitary Collegium makes me think this is the 40k timeline of The Imperium of Man appearing the 21st century. It does at the very least sound much better than “Board”. That males it sound like a Board of Directors is directing the war effort which is western spijon nonsense.
1
Good on Hungary. They seem like the only sane government in the EU at the moment.
1
Oh my giddy aunt is Quid Pro Joe really at it again? Telling a soverign nation what they must do so the democrats can benefit in the midterms? Am I the only one seeing it like this? From Saudi Arabia to Ukraine, quid pro bono for the establishment and yes that includes some Rhino republicans. Along with their various counterparts in the UK, Eyes Five, NATO etc.
1
As a brit I am loving seeing the Truss government crumble but there’s just one niggle. The only other option to Tories are Labour and frankly, we’d be even worse off under those woke eejits.

@torgnyhansson7409 Did you even read what I said? Kruchev’s mistake, 1992 attempted separation of Kiev and Crimea? How about the subsequent indy ref that was ignored on constitutional grounds? Black Sea Fleet Debacle of the same time period? Then the events of 2014. Are you aware that denying a region drinking water is a crime against humanity? But hur dur muh illegal ebil Ruskies invaded poor innocnet Ukraine. FYI. It was the Brits and Yanks who set the special military operation precedent after they ignored the UN charter re Iraq. PS. Unprovoked? Pure, asinine, nonsense. Have you already forgotten what Merkel said recently Minsk, or are you just a drinking the koolaode that hard? PSS. Stepan Bandera is a modern day national hero of Ukraine. Stepan Bandera venerated Adolf Eichmann and what he did in Ukraine. You sir, are on the wrong side of history.

@jamesmorrow1646 Russia was welcomed as liberators in Crimea. One could argue the same is the case in Donestk and Lughansk which are both in the Donbas region. As for MH17. Russia absolutely did not shot it down. The question is whether or not arms the Russians provided to rebels were used to shot down MH17. This is a distinction your propaganda addled mind cannot allow for. I feel sorry for you as it is more likely than not that the AFU messed up with MH17 and western media and investigative institutions carried their water. Say. Have you seen the video of an AFU soldier reporting to the still smoking crash site of MH17, making a phonecall, stating they messed up as the aircraft was civilian and cleanup was needed? A most awkward video for the western narrative around MH17. Much like those leaked phonecalls of Victoria Nuland deciding who will lead Ukraine after the Maiden Coup in 2014. Enjoy being on the wrong side of history sir.

When mentioning interactive maps that Alexander would share a link to said map in the description section. Also regarding Wagner and claims of being starved of ammo. Maybe they are being somewhat trigger happy so burning through ammo to a higher degree than standard RF military logistics dictate? Ergo they feel starved of ammo.
1
@heyfitzpablum Carpe Diem, every time.
1
Well. If nothing else maybe it will show other western nations that you can stop foreign aid without the world ending. Be nice if us Brits could stop giving a billion a year to India; that is more than happy for the aid to end but bleeding heart liberals in London won't. Bit silly when you got homeless veterans living rough across Britain.
1
So. Let me get this right. Turkey and Russia have positive talks that could have drawn down the long Syrian proxy war. But now Iranian backed elements and US backed elements are fighting with renewed vigour? To the point the US are airstriking Syrian positions. Gee. It’s almost as if the US is still playing the game of destabiliser or something despite that dementia riddled potato “running” the US so should be toothless. I really am tootin for Putin these days. He won me over chatting shit against the globalist elite of the West.
1
The video of people taking potshots at drones. What goes up must come down, I wonder if anyone has being injured by falling bullets yet? Some people will be tricked into thinking it somehow courageous, myself I just think it rather amateurish.

I’m no fan of Israel but reading the comments is depressing. As with Russia and Ukraine I say with Israel and Hamas/Palestine. Play dumb games win dumb prizes, Israel has the right to aggresively defend itself in the face of overt aggression. Verily in the case of Israel the aggression was more barefaced than what Russia faced from post 2014 Ukraine. The most depressing part of this situation for me is that I know only a third of Palestinians voted for Hamas but due to quirks of their system Hamas ended up in control. Ergo 2 thirds of Palestine does not deserve to suffer military action but one third does due to the actions of hamas. Also do know that if hamas had simply gone in against military targets my stance would be different but no. They did evil. And no amount of historical arguments about open air prisons justifies that in my eyes. They made themselves fair game and imo they did so in such a way that is utterly evil unto the civvies in their custody. They, hamas, have acted as they did to prevent the normalisation of relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia. In doing so they knew full well the price they would pay or rather, the price Palestine/Gaza would pay. Hamas are puppets and I do not respect puppets.
1
Sorry but Hamas does not get to distance itself from what it”s fighters did. That’s like Kiev distancing itself from Azoz…
1
Neither do you (muddy reporting on both sides) and it varies year to year. FYI I consider The Balfour Declaration a betrayal of all those Tommies that died in ww1. It’s just I’m nuanced in my position. @radicalantitheist

@СашаИванова-ы1в Because I respect Russia's actions on the international stage more than I do my own UK, or NATO, or EU or U S of A. Russia is defending her people and way of life via the SMO. My government seems hellbent on making it's citizens suffer for their Globalism Project. Be it through inflation/cost of living or flooding the country with combative illegal economic migrants that are not encouraged to integrate into British society. Further the Globalist Project to me represents a total enslavement of the human spirit in the name of planned progress. If nothing else the SMO has thrown a massive monkey wrench into the globalist project and for that this English zero hour, minimum wage worker salutes Russia's efforts to fight NATO control of Ukraine. Then there is the 8 years of shelling of Donbass by Ukraine. I also know who Stepan Bandera is and what he did and that he is a modern day hero in Ukraine. That cannot be defended if one also claims to stand for western values.
1
@СашаИванова-ы1в My heart breaks for how my British politicians have for years now painted Russia as an enemy of Britain. Some tried to claim Brexit was due to Russian interference in the same way the American "Russiagate" claims were made despite them having no foundation. I never believed such nonsense and indeed wanted closer relations with Russia and I will be honest here. I do not like the CCP, their track record is terrible. Be it treatment of citizens or how they run things economically or how they steal Intellectual Property rights. So yes, I did want Russia pulled away from the CCP via friendly trading and security cooperation drawing them into the west as opposed to East. That however will never happen now as my poltiicians want Russia carved up oin the alter of Globalism. Regardless of politics, I respect Russia for standing up for her people and it's desires even if that means I will suffer under my politicians delusion. Za vashee muzik.

@foxythedirtydog4494 Russia is already rebuilding Mariupol. Like it will all parts of Ukraine it liberates from the modern day waffen SS worshiping cult that is anyone who claims Stepan Bandera a hero of Ukraine. Now. What did Pereshenko say of the Donbass and Crimea? No investment shall be made, no school or hospital built. Gee. It's almost as if Ukraine has being engaged in ethnic cleansing for much longer than 2014.
1
@blue_diamond_gem Ever heard of 5th generation warfare? I already am :P
1
@foxythedirtydog4494 And I hear you are full of shite. Some rebuttal. Now why would places considered Russian clay be left to rot after successful liberation from the Zelensky bandits? I did already raise the spectre of Stepan Bandera. Something I note you have nothing to say about even as you attempt to pontificate that Ukraine is without fault when it comes to the implementation of a SMO by Russia.
1
@b1daly1 paragraphs exist for a reason. FYI Crimea and Kiev hate one another, you’d know this if you actually had a clue what you were on about. Did you know Crimea tried for an indy ref all the way back in 1999? How about the time they tried to break away in 1992? But apparently this won’t end until Ukraine recaptures Crimea according to some koolaide swillers. Face it. You’re just bigoted against Russians cos those “vile Russians” are there for far more valid reasons than we ever had being in Syria, Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq. Answer me this. Who is Stepan Bandera? He’s a national hero of modern Ukraine if it helps you narrow it down.. Now why might that be problematic to anyone that hates goose steppers? Keep on defending the indefensible. Happy new year.
1
@johnbodman4504 Unfortunately, much like with a certain sniffles that came from China, the normal everyday koolaid drinker makes up the majority consensus. So the politicians can get away with a lot. They, the social media ruined masses, realize only with time but always too late, that giving the government more power is only making their problems worse. Perceived or otherwise. So basically a demographic that is used to comfort is about to suffer like the Ruskies have being used too but are not currently experiencing. I wonder whose economy will fare this particular winter better, The Western Nations or BRICS Nations? My money is on BRCIS.
1
@UzumakiNaruto_ citation required. I am of the opinion that between 10 and 20% of the total RF forces deployed have been killed or wounded since Feburary. AFU forces? Much higher attrition. Like 30%-40%. So that point you made, kinda meh is it not? Also I love how people that support the goose steeping fools in charge of Ukraine will make an issue of Russia drafting prisoners but Ukraine doing the exact same? Crickets. It’s an easy way to tell you are dealing with someone wholly propagandised. All the best.
1
The Belgorod debacle surely must show to even the most casual of western viewers that Kiev cares more about PR stunts and propaganda than it does the fate of it’s own men. To enter Russian territory without air cover is not only utter folly for the troops on the ground; it risks the Ruskies being able to legally escalate the war via it’s constitution allowing for total defense of it’s lands once threatened and indeed under international law the SMO can be upgraded to a declaration of war. Or at least that’s how I understand it. I mean it is basically war already but legally it’s still article 52 of the UN charter ie Special Military Operation. It is Ukraine’s own best interests to ensure that remains that case. Which probably explains Kiev and Western Media trying to spin that the combatants were Russian partisans. If true it’s about time these claims around Russians partisans bore some fruit but frankly I highly doubt it is true to any meaningful degree.

The wests hypocrisy on reporting around "revenge attacks" aka terrorist attacks does not surprise me but this particular example does astound me. Play dumb games, win dumb prizes.

I moved out May 13th. My friggin energy costs just keep rising, as well as my food bills. Paradoxically my herb habit has gotten cheaper by quite a bit and do you know what? That herb price thing happened in 2007-8... Also handy for me I invested some years ago in homebrew equipment and skills therein. So the booze habit is cheap as chips now the brewing cupboard is up and running. I've also being promoted to teamleader the past 8 months and head chef role beckons in 5 monthish. Got some commodity focused stonks as well, some even specifically Ruskie orientated and long before recent events. Bottomline if you'll forgive the stream of consciousness, I'm doing pretty well for a UK based wage cager. Feel sorry for those more entrenched to the system. One of the stonks has most of it's assets based in Monchegorsk. MFW I'd happily move over there or St Petersburg if only I could master the Cyrillic Alphabet. I'm happy being a Briton, I'm happy I actively fought for Brexit. I'm no longer happy to be living in Britain. Although finally having my own place is awesome despite me being broke even as I work more hours than I have since a work accident in 2017. So the last part of the video title, Europe Fears Winter. Yeah. Working in UK pub kitchen I'm on the ground for British public sentiment, or at least for the North of England. Sentiment is hard against the UK continuing to support Ukraine at expense to UK taxpayers. I'm just adding that to give something of salience to anyone who read my waffle after work. Good health and all the best.
1
Just finished work and while it should not the title brings a smile to my face. Za vas paschim! Of both sides (except those ultra nationalist/nasty party elements, screw those guys).
1
@michaelkatz275 If you are paying attention you should realise that the claim of 6 Kinzhal being shot down is highly dubious. Press X for doubt basically.
1
@adrien5834 Pffft, they'd at least leave me alone if I paid my taxes and didn't rock the boat. Not quite the same in the UK as someone that is basically Viking stock. Nice try tho M8.
1
Alex, when it comes to funny moustachioed man you should call him as such. It bypasses algo lingustic nonsense, people know who you mean and it’s the kind of nonsensical that makes people laugh. Linguistic propaganda is real.
1
@arthurtane6505 We''ll see. "meaning any advances towards the cities have lost any real operational significance." Kek, did you just confess Ukie advances towards those cities would mean nothing? I mean, it's not like RF forces need to advance on Donestk is it....
1
@jamesmandahl444 The US Airforce has a dedicated cyber unit. It's not just the chicoms running military level sock account farms.

Volkstrum burns through demographics.
1
@marlkarx1757 Are you really pulling collectivism on me with a name like that? FYI my point is above 6 ft, your interpretation is of sub 6 ft height. Subversion mi’boyo. I refuse to bend the knee when the ground is so sacred.
1
@torgnyhansson7409 sometimes you have to fight to maintain the peace. Westerners should understand such propaganda after being subjected to it for so very many years. From George “we gotta fight ‘em over there so we don’t fight them here” Bush to “drone Strike” Obama. We be constantly fighting wars in the name if peace in the west. So maybe Russia just thought if it worls for them maybe it will work for us.
1
@torgnyhansson7409 I wonder if you can define fascism for me? You can call Russia a number of things but using Mussolini's definition of fascism, nah. Russia is not fascist. Svaboda meanwhile? Yeah. A fascist movement, that is Ukrainian. It also means freedom in the Ukrainian language. It's a weird world. How do I know this? My love of a video game made by Ukrainian developers led to me having some more insight than most Westerns. That said in the same spirit of Christmas Eve ceasefire between British and German soldiers of WW1, I will commend the fallen of even Svaboda, if only for this day. I bet it's more than you could do for even the most ignorant of Ivans.
1
A good day indeed. Za vas paschim!
