  1. As a terminally ill kidney patient reliant on dialysis to stay alive I can testify to the toxic attitudes and actions by so called health ("care") staff over weak & sick people. I was also a chef before I got sick and worked in some old people's homes & itbis the same vile attitude. Basically it is an "us" and "them" thinking, and seeing fellow stafv members as "friends", wheras patients are referred to as "clients" which debases them to less than equal human.

I saw press coverage of Her Majesty leaving Scotland after a week of engagements and she looked tired and pensive looking out of the window of the car as she headed for the helicopter back to Windsor. I am sure yet another replacement of PM is weighing heavily on her too, as all the changing involves her interaction and "approval" and I am sure she is concerned for instability in the country. It will be interesting what will happen now, with a new wannabe PM in power... 🙃
