Really. Thanks, I will take that under advisement.

So the women has a few screws loose. Humans tend to opposite these artificial trends after a while, it may take some years, but it back fires on those Sarkeesian borderline crazy folk.
1
He's Sicilian. He didn't know much about Malta and it's 90 km away.
1
Prudery comes and goes, but usually stays a long time.
1
How can knowledge be secret if people know about this secret.
1
So why don't you write the texts in accurate English? I see no reason to read dead languages.
1
Thanks, I usually self censor what I watch and read, and I would have read that article as it's biased and emotional. I prefer writers who write as if in the 3rd person, not their subjective self.
1
And there's no way of disproving the Ice Age idea of an ancient civilization. Look at the movies and TV shows on Vampires, Dragons, faster than light travel, Magic and mythical people. There is a need for those type of things, and for what Hancock talks about.
1
Well, I think the Egyptians wanted to build something new on virgin ground.
1
Look it is a popular racist opinion about Sicilians, and it's based on their Mediterranean European appearance which many of those racists think is not European White.
1
So what? Our sexual preferences are our own. If he had a tree as a partner would he not burn wood? Everyone has racist ideas, but most keep it under control, just like everyone has hateful thoughts and does the same.
1
Those animals are all over the world, not just Scotland or Aberdeen.
1
There are places where pitch and bitumen are harvested in the Near East. Obviously some sulphur odours would exist there.

The man is a working class bloke from England, you heard it in his accent and pronunciation. I am not English or a language bigot. The Romans drained the swamps, so they understand something about Malaria other than bad air. Rome was a population sink. Cannae I pronounce like you do, not him. The Punics used symbols to make their ships like using an Ikea flat pack furniture. So what did Hannibal look like, I have seen coins of rather big nosed men, father or brother. I don't think much of Caesar, put it this way, any intelligent, violent, thug would be a good military leader. I didn't know the Romans rode Arabian horses.
1
People of color! Isn't that racist by seeing them as a color than as a person. I don't like shorts and similar formats like these TikTok videos. I believe in free speech and if people are racist in their speech or thought, what's it to me. It is what they do that's important. Some people are hopeless, and don't do well in life, and rather than improve they just go to blaming others and saying it is because they are not European. That woman wouldn't know, she's too young, what she knows is hearsay. I am Maltese and slavery ended in Malta in 1798 when Napoleon Bonaparte sailed into the Grand Harbour, and the Knights of Malta surrendered. Bigotry is wrong, racism is bigotry.
1
There are Punic remains in Sardinia, Spain and North Africa, so it would be easy to work out their facial looks. Skin tone has to be worked out by dna studies.
1
I am a wee bit older than you. Children are protected by their parents and guardians from knowledge of those nasty events. Of course it would be said to be rare. Think of the anxiety of the Cold War, the big A bombs raining down. Dams have failed in the past, it happened in Yemen a number of times in the past: Ma'rib dam
1
Errol Flynns father was a Marine Biologist, and I learned the word Snoek from reading a book about him.
1
You are displaying one of the attributes of my fellow Australians that I hate, a silly sense of humor.
1
He could of had a map of modern Egypt with circle centered in middle Egypt that encompassed the Middle East, parts of Southern Europe, North Africa, Central and East Africa and said their ancestors came from those areas.
1
You're American. Americans speak a bastard form of English, it's all those foreigners the Swedes, Finns, Italians, Greeks, Swiss... You can write learned or learnt, it's pronounced the same same. Same with spelled and spelt, and I am not talking about the cereal. Just remember there are quite a few ways of speaking and spelling English and Americans are mostly of immigrant non English speaking ancestry and they did not learn ed English properly.
1
@notwhatitwasbefore No, learn ed sounds like you are some bumpkin, Jed Clampett without his oil. It is one syllable and the ed is pronounced as t not ed. Learn ed is a surname as in Michael Learned.
1
Yes, but it is more of a mind wanking exercise.
1
Yes, I understand your objections. The ultimate point is that the man got caught, and did time in prison. So, successful as he says he was, he got pinched.
1
He is good at that. People of his background, Sociology usually are, it's part of their training. After all Sociology is an art and not science.
1
What about Schickelgruber? I don't like that censuring of breasts and genitalia, I usually stop watching. What is the point? Making breasts and genitals more salacious. Americans should try to be less parochial in their presentations: the Daly show.
1
American English is like a dialect formed by the early Colonialists coming from north of England, and from Scotland, and they learnt of their vocabulary out of books, without knowing the pronunciation. Then they had millions of Europeans immigrate to the US that knew no English. Look at how they pronounce partner as pardner, cordial as corjal, and laboratory as Labratorry.
1
She might not have been all Macedonian Greek, most likely having some ancestry from Persia and the Middle East. She also was more of an expatriate Greek coming from Greek stock not born in Greece. Think of Italian Americans and how they say Gabagool for a particular pork product and cannot speak Italian.
1
@pendragonsxskywalkers9518 Helen was most likely immortal.
1
@lordmidas7279 The Cleopatra, not her predecessors, spoke the Egyptian language. Cleopatra was not wholly Greek ethnically.
1
He probably thought the Earth is a perfect sphere, and why wouldn't he?
1
Christians don't need the OT. All they need is the NT, the acceptance of Jesus as the messiah, the resurrection and life everlasting.
1
Most of us had heterosexual parents who had heterosexual sex even gay, lesbian, transgender or whatever type of personal activity the person choices. Of course some people are the result of a sexual act where one or both participants were not on most days, heterosexual, but that is a minority. Anyway how can colored pieces of plastic have a gender, English is not a gender based language. Il Lego, La Lego?
1
That is illogical, Spock would say. You obviously have problems with logical thinking. I say you are wrong, and you cannot separate your sexuality or wish to be another gender from your thinking, you're biased and prejudiced.
1
Muffins are brown, and that's bad and calling someone brown is bad. Get your parents to change your school. And I wouldn't have anything to do with that brown girl.
1
Never seen the Ninja Turtles.
1
Well they say that most written languages are the product of the Phoenicians. However I am sure they had some symbols that meant something, just not a whole lot.
1
Europeans tan. Go to Sweden in their long daylight days of summer and see a lot of brown Swedes. The ability to tan does not correspond with skin tone.
1
The precession of the equinox was well known, you don't need any pyramids, it was common knowledge. The constellation that arises on March 21 has been moving backwards which is why the ancients worshipped the bull, why Jesus is associated with the Lamb.
1
There's nothing you can do about it. A large part of humanity wants to tear down those with expertise and knowledge because they don't have the expertise and knowledge but can do the tearing down. It is like the Celts going to Rome and destroying it, taking loot and booty. It is good to question things but to say everyone is lying, and they are hiding informations is just a form of paranoia. They will eventually burn themselves out and then spark themselves into action again. It's cyclical.
1
Probably his religion accepting that.
1
Extinction is the fate of all species. How many trilobites have you seen lately?
1
It doesn't matter, Latin is dead, and has a few pronunciations, but then again, English is pronounced differently depending on country of origin, and class.
1
It is a money making decision by Youtube. The content makers are essentially sex slaves for Youtube, eventually the slave will be sent to some salt mine. I don't make content, I just watch videos, but because I am choosy what I watch, the videos I want to watch get interrupted many times so that I leave. Look if I want to watch crap, I would watch TV, and I don't watch TV.
1
Tolkien is undermining real history and real science by making wild speculations about what we know like Gobekli Tepe or the Younger Dryas or Megalithic buildings or changes in human achievement to spin doctor his speculations about very old civilizations that existed way before the Sumerians and the Egyptians and those old civilizations taught those Sumerians and Egyptians to achieve what they have achieved.
1
That isn't a theory because it cannot be shown to be true or proven or not proven. The old Greeks thought giants built gigantic walls made of huge stone blocks because they couldn't imagine how any humans could have quarried those stones, transported and placed those stones into the wall.
1
Things progress.
1
Where to?
1
Look at Akhenaten. If there is one Pharaoh most people have heard of, it's him. Efforts were made to erase him from Egyptian history, yet he lives on.
1
So that is how Praetorian is pronounced in Latin? No matter who created them, they ended up biting the hand that fed them? Those Ottoman guards, the children of Christian Balkan Europeans, turned on the Ottomans as well.
