  1. Bumblybee256 Actually you don't have the right; you don't perform the abortion yourself, somebody else does. The government gives licensed practitioners the right to perform an abortion, you simply consent to having it done. Abortion is therefore a government granted privilage, not a natural right. So banning abortion simply means not giving license to people to perform the procedure, it's doesn't remove any of your natural rights, it only removes a privilage.

  27. Marriage isn't an equal right, it's natural exclusive to one man and one woman, because it only takes one man and one woman to create a family. Your analogy to an inter-racial couple doesn't work because a black man marrying a white woman is still one man and one woman. You can't force anyone to use their time and labour to do anything for you without a contract. Just like i can't force you to bake a cake supporting religious dogma, you can't force me to bake you a cake celebrating a Leftist agenda.

Dean fortwenty Of course not, no one would deny a person medical treatment after a car accident, but before people are allowed to drive a car (ssexual intercourse), we have training (sex education), and we follow certain rules (sex within the bounds of a relationship) to make sure an accident doesn't occure in the first instance; if the accident is then caused by a person, that person then takes responsibility for the accident and damage to another vehicle (baby). So you analogy is slightly off. Also, pregnancy is not an injury or affliction; it only very rarely leads to the loss of life for both mother and child.
