  11. In 1980, I was 17 and driving my 1966 Mustang with my friends to GWHS one snowy morning. One friend lived near the top of a hill. There was a stop sign and T intersection at the bottom of the hill. I shifted down, tapped the brakes but still slid into a parked work van at the bottom of the T. I knocked on the house door. Lady opened the door. I told her what happened. She invited us inside. She said to her husband, “Someone crashed into your van again.” He checked it out. Told me not to worry about it since very little damage. We proceeded to school.

  27. Middletown Township is run by a Republican council. Also, I was unaware that politicians can prevent teenagers from running across streets in the dark and from afflictions of cancer. It’s usually a good idea to watch the video before posting.

  29. I think they’re synonyms. “Abduction” tends to be used to describe the kidnapping of a minor. The Crimes Code of Pennsylvania has a “kidnapping” statute. I think “abduction” would be addressed also within the kidnapping statute.

  36. I don’t think the Innocence Project has anything to do with it. The Innocence Project does criminal defense appellate work. The reporter stated that the criminal defense appeal ended a while ago. After the criminal appeal, the apologizing New York law firm filed a civil suit. It’s the NY firm which created the nuisance at issue, not the Innocence Project.

I guess your sarcastic reply to my first post just was you being funny or ironic that the 3 murderers obviously wouldn’t have passed background checks on gun permit applications. I had interpreted your post to me to mean that the victim should have armed himself illegally because those thugs had done so. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Be safe out there.
