@tomm21 he's a Karen who cries for Mommy when he can't accept his own faults
4
@raminolta well, cammer may bear more responsibility and have to pay more through insurance
3
Tbh you shouldn't assume anything. I used to live in Vail and holy crap people did not know how to use roundabouts. People can be going straight or left which is why you shouldn't jump the gun because you're going to be found at fault.
3
@casmatori another funny thing is that the air breather took down their own video because they couldn't face public criticism
3
@benwagner5089 he started part of it by hogging the passing lane. Seriously like get the fuck out of the passing lane if you're not passing anyone or there is no traffic ahead. It's annoying when people do this
3
@samkdaily3055 in this case there are only two left turn lanes. The dash cammer is at fault for not turning into the proper lane, which is the far left one. The guy showed himself at fault online
3
@BartSparrow123 dependable. Red car was somewhat merging already but cammer did unsafe driving. It may be 75/25
3
@freedomwillneverdie6600 sorry but you are wrong in this case. I live near the area and most cases the left lane is supposed to maintain the left lane while the center left turn lane can use either the middle or right lane.
3
@freedomwillneverdie6600 read the CA DMV book about left turns onto one way streets before opening your mouth and making yourself look dumb
3
@SilentBob84 depends. In some cases the cammer could be held liable if they intentionally decided to speed up and cut off any potential mergers. Mind you it is illegal to intentionally cut someone off and you could be cited in some cases
3
@Smurphenstein then the mustand shouldn't drive if they are going to be doing this type of stunt. It isn't new and people are too stupid to remember the basic rules of the road. At no point did the mustang (from the look of the video) overtake traffic which would mean if highway patrol and traffic court were to rule on this it would be against the favor of the mustang https://ksltv.com/446352/safe-in-60-how-to-use-the-passing-lane/?
3
@Tracert-mc1hu then learn to move over since you don't own the road. These types of idiots cause the rage and act like the victim when they can move over and it's not the end of the world
3
@muffinstuffin6 yeah. Guy is dumb as hell for waiting. Technically he should be found somewhat liable since he probably could have cleared the turn already but decided to act cute.
3
@MerpoBot if you cannot drive, then don't drive. I seriously hate people who want to act cute when there is room to turn right and there are no cars incoming. They are useless air breathers
3
@au1317 yes there is. On the I-10 freeway in the San Gabriel area the merging areas are often short and usually people know to merge. You cannot hold traffic up behind you and the person merging has to yield at all times
3
Dude is fighting for his life thinking he is right. I bet the judge will laugh at his stupidity
3
@bpregont nope. Law says you have to yield if you don't have right of way. You cannot turn unless you are safe to do so
3
@joycelebaron2582 so? Guy could have been a handyman, visitor or possible tenant going in. But hey this is America and I guess everyone is going to be butt lazy to park and walk
3
@debburess1573 the truck was no victim. I have seen idiots like her trying to bypass traffic during rush hour by pretending to exit only to try to jump ahead of other cars. This is recurring theme in L.A.
3
@chrisrosenbaum26 failure to yield would have been different if the lane hadn't already merged. The lines already started to end where the car was so the cammer got cited for failing to yield. Just because you have control of a lane doesn't mean you get off Scott free unless it can be determined the other driver cut you off while they didn't start merging.
3
@cameronadams4121 dude I live in LA and you do the last thing anyone in their sane mind would do. You don't go hunting down other drivers when there was no accident to report. Lucky for you you didn't get shot at because it isn't unheard of people shooting at others for road rage. Just let that shit go
3
@cameronadams4121 you still don't do that shit or pull stupid stunts like that. You're inciting road rage and the last thing you want to do is piss someone off. Seriously turn in your driver's license if you can't handle being behind the wheel
3
@nboddie1036 wrong. According to the DMV handbook, which apparently no one reads, if there are two left turn lanes going onto a one way street such as in this case, the one on the left must enter the far left lane while the right can enter the center or right lane.
3
@ThePhilipJFry__ maybe a suggestion: don't be egotistical and force your way in when you clearly have no patience in traffic. If you can't make you way in, always find another way to get back to where you want to go.
3
@dherzog02 you don't know how to drive or how a protected left turn is defined do you? Go to a police station and tell them the same thing you said right now and they will laugh at you.
3
@cappuccino-1721 you definitely need to chill out a bit. You are not the only one on edge from stress and what not but it's called not letting your emotions get the better of you while driving. You let your emotions get the better of you then you pose much of a danger to yourself and others. There are a lot of ways to vent such as drawing or making model kits
3
@freedomwillneverdie6600 nice try. Bet you ride like a Karen and get ticketed for failing to stop at a stop sign
3
@a32tl thing is you don't need to go bragging about what type of car you own. Just say it was a hit and run or if it was a false alarm
3
@stevebeckerman4214 ignore the troll. He thinks he's in the right when he gets into accidents
3
@SilentBob84 wrong. I saw it and the cammer sped up
3
Would have to disagree. The yield sign is almost like a stop sign and you would treat it as such. If you are in the roundabout then the other cars have to wait until it is okay to go.
3
@jamiepatterson1214 well, have fun trying to prove that in court. If a car has already begun their merge aka is establishing control of the lane, then it is your responsibility to maintain a safe space. It would be a different story if the other party didn't move in
3
@emocarousel4103 in this case not really. I live in CA and in this case a car who fails to monitor the situation and cannot switch lanes but causes an accident is most likely going to carry all of the fault. I had a case a few years ago where I was in the far right lane about to make a right and a guy kept signaling to change lanes but never did. I pulled off my gas to let him in and then when he didn't I decided to go ahead when the guy decided to cross and hit me. Insurance deemed him at fault for the accident.
3
So it's okay to pretend to exit and then be a total a*hole to beat traffic?
3
@anthonyoden4393 er der. Are you stupid or what? You don't cut people off if they are speeding in the passing lane. You shouldn't drive if you pull this shit off
3
@sweetgracie1930 sorry to disappoint but he had room in front of the honda and the car in front. Plus there were no cars in front of him in which if an officer was there the guy would be cited since he only passed one car and wasn't passing any other ones. https://www.mit.edu/~jfc/right.html
3
@DzibMoya there is no excuse to drive without insurance. As a driver it is your responsibility to have it. I bet you if you got into an accident where the other driver didn't have it you would be pissed off with having to pay for the damages
3
@MrMcMuffinJr1999 wrong. The lane had already merged at that point so the cammer didn't have right of way when the other car was already merging. You're a laughing stock
3
@wakemiamigreatagain I didn't mention age did I? No. The issue is that she failed to maintain lanes and is a possible hazard if she thinks she is in the right. She shouldn't be driving. It's a privilege, not a right
3
I don't think they wanted to exit. From what I have seen living in LA, a lot of drivers pretend to exit only to jump back on the freeway to jump ahead in line. It's a common practice here.
3
@alwaysroaming1244 against. If there was a vehicle in the intersection, then any vehicles making a left need to yield. If the cam driver had gotten into an accident they could still have some liability and be cited.
3
Hate to break it to you but these drivers want to jump a few cars ahead during rush hour and have ego problems. See these types a lot in L.A.
3
@TruthHurtsFAFO depends. The guy was speeding up to cut off another driver and that could have caused an accident and the idiot could have been cited or been summoned to court
3
@muigamonkey lol. You are wrong in so many ways. Just because you live near there doesn't mean you understand basic traffic laws or liability. If a vehicle had entered the intersection after stopping and you tried to speed up and turn, you would be held liable for not yielding to oncoming traffic.
3
@rabfallon4507 there is something wrong with that statement. The cammer should've maintained their lane as the other was occupied. 100% fault on the cammer
3
@Twitch_Moderator doesn't matter. At this point you are to maintain your lane at all times. I've seen this shit so many times in Cali that it's become a joke
3
@timthefosterdad logic fail. They have signs saying to not block the intersection so to not block the flow of traffic. But hey, you are one of the entitled ones doing this so it's fine right?
3
@rorerj wrong. If the SUV had caused the accident the police officer would cite them for failure to yield. You can ask any police officer or CHP about this and they would say you are wrong.
3
The idiotic cammer didn't even pull to the side to let the other person pass. I do this when there is a narrow street and the other person who was there before should go first and then I go. He's a dumbass
2
