Brexit is a waste of time and money resulting in the destructing of jobs, tax revenue and the loss of some companies who downsize or leave the UK altogether. The losses are estimated to be 100 billion pound a year.

@heartsoul2988 I think some people do not like to follow someone a narcissistic, selfish creature who cares for nothing but himself and so they choose just to ignore the reality.
2
@heartsoul2988 Yes he is like a 5 year old pretending to be a grown up in the way he tries to impress.
2
@suroj Fact is the Tories make the UK suffer year after year with their austerity. The NHS lost several thousand of beds as the Tories ordered that. The Police was forced to lose more then 10.000 police.
2
@andrew30m I guess people believed that having our cake and eat it and that car maker and prosecco producer will for their government to give the UK a dream deal. Well reality showed it is a withdrawal agreement and it is about the UK losing, an orderly leaving and settling the accounts.
2
@TheAyla2004 Believing the Murdoch and yellow press.
2
@20Proff The UK took the decision to crash out. This means the UK erects a border and loses every privilege a member has. So UK problem and it is a third country like any other.
2
Rich Republican - 27 countries had one negotiator who had a clear guideline and it worked. Why can't one country get it to work when 27 can?
2
Mr Farage has been asked where all the money came from he did not declare. It is the duty of every MEP the declare the amount of money and the source. Farage failed to do so..
2
@civis.revixit It is an English rule over the vassal country Westminster dictatorship.
2
@mclanaford2957 Be sure people might not thank you when they start to lose their jobs, no for the loses in tax revenue or resulting higher taxes.
2
@Amanda Hughes 80% of the Irish are on the EU side so your claim was wrong.
2
@awesomeavenger2810 No you just did not pay before as you tried to hide your commitments.
2
Farage flies in a private chartered plane around and rants against the elite he obviously is.
2
Louise Rothwell The UK made the mess the UK solves the mess in a way all parties agree on.
2
@marcus2025uk The UK would have left the EU in March but Tory extremists blocked it. The UK is a conglomerate of small.and big problems, but this is an UK problem. The Good Friday Agreement is based on the EU membership of both sides. So one has to make a new treaty protecting the GFA. The troubles caused is the result of the UK not leaving Ireland 100 years ago after an all Irish government told them to go.
2
@__ You can shoot a javelin, and a russisn tank blows up. The war criminals attacking Ukrainian civilians die in the thousands.
2
Emily Pugh - The part of fools crowns the king of fools. So Johnson might be the next Tory chosen ruler of the UK.
2
@sbam4881 The UK just leaves 440 EU citizen and became the strange uncle that wants not to be part of the family.
2
nitelite78 You mean because they have the unelected Farage on screen and give the unelected a voice never give to him by the voters as he is no MP?
2
@nitelite78 Farage is an unelected whatever. He is no MP and has no mandate according to British democracy.
2
Margy Rowland - In reality one pays for what one ordered. Debts do not go away when one tries to run from them.
2
@peterlarkin5965 10.000 trucks a day flow through Dover. I am sure 88 showed that they can do it.
2
Lying is a method that got Johnson the job as PM.
2
@ScragNath can you tell me who elected the House of Lords? Who elected the head of state the queen?
2
@markheeley3994 Catalonia wants to stay in the EU. They only want to leave Spain.
2
The Boxing Fan - In the UK party leadership and PM are the same for the party with a majority in Parliament. The Tories lost another party leader/PM over Brexit and so they vote a new party leader. It starts with a selection process by the MPs. The one with the lowest vote count are eliminated till only two remain. These two are then chosen by the Tory party members. So around 60001 and one Tories will decide over the PM for 65 million.
2
@camelia9802 It is very simple, the UK has a dysfunctional government and not able to sort out a withdrawal.agreement to leave a political organisation of sovereign countries.
2
David Campbell - The UK exports 48% of its goods in to the EU. About 3 million jobs depends on this exports in the EU27. The UK depend on EU27 import for most cars which are assembled in the UK. 60% parts of these cars are from the EU27. They have to be delivered just in time and this works only in the EU single market and customs union. Leading representatives of car industry in the UK said that many of the jobs (about 800.000 work directly in or indirectly for the car industry) are at risk through Brexit.
2
Agent Smith - A lot of the elderly middle class voted for Brexit.
2
Salzopyrin - The is a withdrawal agreement that takes into account the Good Friday Agreement and tries to keep it even as the government had no plan, no preparation and is deeply divided. By the way the Leavers Johnson and company run away or went into hiding avoiding any responsibility.
2
@ZenosOsgorma Who checks the Lorries before they are sealed? What you means is that customs officers of the country the Lorry wants to enter have to check it and then seal it. So how many do we need for that? Where should it take place? Do we have a treaty on that?
2
akex yervid - It is a country and the country said we are not interested. Greenland belongs to the people of Greenland. How about Saudi Arabia buys Texas?
2
@williamjohnston7857 70% of the fish caught by British vessels are exported to the EU, more then 50% of cars assembled in the UK are exported to the EU. 44% of all exports go to the EU and 3 million British jobs depend on these exports.
2
@williamjohnston7857 Trump does not even know half the words you used. He is an old man who has 400million in personal debt and was so stupid to bankrupt two casinos and various other businesses.
2
@olllloollllo Putin wants to destroy their freedom, their culture, their life. Ukrainian want to be free from Putin's slavery.
2
Albert Pike Can you please elaborate? Do you have a study that support your position? If so please share a link. If it is a gut feeling then thank you for sharing your emotions.
2
@xxczerxx Farage has a fat pension for doing nothing for the UK as a MEP.
2
Derreck Jones The only thing that was ever at the table was a withdrawal agreement and this is what the UK got a withdrawal agreement. The UK basically folded.
2
Leroy Jenkins The UK is the six largest economy and dropping as India is coming closer and closer. No one trades solely under WTO terms. All have arrangements and trade treaties with there most important trading nations. When one destroys access to 50 trade treaties and frictionless trade with 27 more countries then one destroys the competitiveness of the own export economy. Jaguar Landrover said that under crash out WTO they will loose 1,2 billion through Brexit alone. As they have a lot more costs.
2
@Billy2011C They case to exist as crashing out of the EU single market and customs union will cost jobs, tax revenue will be lost and some companies will leave in part or as a whole. Thus means taxes will be raised, borrowing increases and services will be worse.
2
@Billy2011C Frictionless trade is a prereqisite for just in time delivery like for the British ( largely foreign owned) car industry. Most cars assembled in the UK have 60% parts from the EU. If that won't work thrn leaving is cheaper then a huge storage and extra costs and delays. Destroying trade treaties with 80 countries destroys trade to a certain extend. It is easier to get a new EU supplier that delivers in time, with no paper work and no extra costs. A lot of foreign companies are only in the UK to produce for the EU single markey. If the UK leaves they leave. Yes for a long time the British government never told the truth to the people. Losses per year can raise up to 109 billion. This means lost jobs, lost tax revenue and more taxes, more debts.
2
@mikeshadez Do you have any evidence or is that more of a gut feeling or hearsay?
2
Jack Smith - Well first you settle the accounts for services rendered and commitments made. I guess the government forget to mention to the voters what they all signed off. It is a bit like the wife noticing when paying the hotel bill what services her husband all booked.
2
The having our cake and eat it approach is still alive. Does anyone notice that the UK will be out by the 29th of March? By the way the withdrawal negotiations have been concluded between the EU und UK over a month ago. This is the negotiated deal after 2 years.
2
Unlocksysod - What do you expect when 0,2% of the UK which are mainly old man choose another Tory and crown them King of Fools?
2
I guess the Iran plays an eye for an eye. It was the UK that borded a Iranian ship and now the Iran did the very same.
2
@A203D The point was the claim that British Politicans have been accountable for what they did. I have not seen any evidence for that claim that it happens to every politician. So Blair was just an example that questioned the claim that British politicians have been accountable in the past for anything.
2
@A203D It is a bit late to ask that after 40 years. Ask Thatcher and every other PM and every MP who ever supported that. Not to mention all the people who agreed to it in 1975.
2
Robert Collier - Parliament is sovereign and to try to rule without it is insane.
