Gal oya attacks on Tamils in 1956, Sinhala only act of 1956, 1958 riots, restrictions on education and jobs to Tamils, attack on world tamil conference in 1974, 1977 riots, burning of Jaffna Library in 1981, attacking Tamils in Manal Aru..all these happened before the LTTE harassed any Sinhalese in any way, brutal things happened in 1983, only after that many tamil youths joined the LTTE, and the LTTE became very aggressive. Some Tamils started fighting back after 1983 genocide, not all Tamils, in the name of crushing the LTTE over 100 000 Tamils were butchered in the no fire zones in 2 months. Sri Lanka bankrupt, helper Pakistan bankrupt, Russia and Ukraine who gave banned weapons and services tasting their own medicines, karma is nasty.   49.  sujamak  Time to share some more details, Kerala was a tamil state 600 years ago, the Arians snatched it from the Tamils, still half of what they speak now is Tamil and according to Thirumanthiram which are writings by a siddhar half of India spoke Tamil 6000 years ago, not just Tamil Nadu, Andra Pradesh, Karnataka and some parts of Maharastra as well. Still those people use some Tamil words. Naaga/Tamil civilizatin been there for at least 40 000 years, Tamil siddhars lived in India even 20 000 years ago and many Tamil words are yogic words. Vallalar is an avatar of a siddhar.
