@ivanexell-uz4mv You mean American generals said it.
1
@ivanexell-uz4mv Ask Mark Milley who said it.
1
Oh, am I glad we followed America on cutting ties with Russia and China. Much smart, much genius.
1
No, we are too dependent on the US.
1
Boo.
1
@Tespri It was a civil war. Where do you think the Donbass militias came from?
1
@nikokaapa Sure, now it's in third place. So?
1
@TimEriksson-w2n And?
1
What you are saying is that sanctioning Russia was a predictable mistake.
1
As far as I'm concerned Poland can suck it. Before 2022 they would have been the first to cry 4th Reich. Oh what I'm saying, they were crying that anyway. By the way, what you could have pointed out is that Germany's army got capped with reunification. Legally we aren't even allowed to have as big an army as West Germany had during the Cold War. Also, frankly there is no pressing need because Germany isn't threatened by Russia, no matter what the media wants us to believe.
1
The SPD is only in power because the Union and the Greens both managed to sank their election campaigns shortly before the election.
1
I can only hope that we get rid of that spineless loser Scholz, even if I doubt that the next guy is going to right the ship.
1
@serpidesticla "Will of the people": the party with a share of 37% of the vote has fewer seats than the party with 24% of the vote.
1
@serpidesticla Le Pen won more votes than Macron or the left, yet has fewer seats. How's that the will of the people?
1
@joxituk Wildly overstated by the system of course.
1
@joxituk Or in short, Le Pen gets fewer seats than she has votes.
1
Basically their plan is to get America to guarantee Ukraine. That's why they want America to backstop it.
1
@jerzykiler4386 Oh, and how many times has the Russian Federation invaded Poland? What would be the justification? What would be the motive?
1
@Vicrad32 Sure I can, with the exception of Estonia and Latvia who are really trying to piss Russia off as much as they can.
1
@jerzykiler4386 Oh, you fought the Russian Federation 20 times so far. In only 33 years, respect man. As for motives, yes, countries don't go to war for no reason. So, answer the question and while you are at it, please explain how the pipelines made Russia invade Ukraine.
1
@ No, by their politicians loudly proclaiming that Russia has to break-up. putting pressure on their Russian population and playing games with Kaliningrad.
1
@ Jesus Christ, if you cannot see the difference between the Federal Republic and the Third Reich you aren't just blind in both eyes, you are incapable of being a productive member of society.
1
@Vicrad32 No, by their politicians loudly proclaiming that Russia has to break-up. putting pressure on their Russian population and playing games with Kaliningrad.
1
@jerzykiler4386 No, you should, because I get the feeling that for you Russia is an amorphous other with no regards to changes in political culture and foreign policy.
1
@guciodestroyer2432 See, fantasies. Nothing but fantasies coming from Poland. No one is invading Poland, so just stop it.
1
@violet_green4335 Jesus Christ, if you cannot see the difference between the Federal Republic and the Third I cannot help you.
1
@mmajczak Oh, then why didn't he before America decided to openly mess in Ukraine?
1
@Vicrad32 No, by their politicians loudly proclaiming that Russia has to be decolonised. putting pressure on their Russian population and playing games with Kaliningrad.
1
@nicotri9722 Right, let's completely shred the credibility of our financial sector for Ukraine. Genius.
1
Why third time?
1
I'm not surprised that our esteemed chancellor Scholz is a US-cuck. The man would need a backbone to agree with Macron on European autonomy.
1
Apparently?
1
I'm pretty happy, but since I don't expect any reversals on Ukraine there isn't any hope to solve the crisis.
1
@ethancoster1324 False, negotiations for the Korean war and Vietnam war happened as the fighting continued.
1
Just another proof that people do not want to investigate the actual causes. They'd rather go to polemics and then accuse the other side of populism.
1
Hopefully the government can survive this.
1
@Phyt5 Yes. America wants it to be, though.
1
@2727daqwid Go take a look at what was decided in Bukarest in 2008.
1
@2727daqwid What was decided in Bukarest in 2008?
1
@2727daqwid So play the obstinate, you know full well what had been decided and what has been done since then.
1
@2727daqwid NATO decided that Ukraine would become a member, and they sure worked on it in 2014.
1
@greentoby26 By putting other labels on it?
1
@Dzoseff Which Germany did. So it makes sense.
1
@MajorCoolD Yes, I am well aware of this, I have been visiting Poland since I was a child. I still remember a picture of Merkel and her cabinett wearing Wehrmacht uniforms overlooking a map of Poland on a cover of one of the magazines there.
1
@tomaszgolachowski9073 Oh, and what proper research would I have to do?
1
@tripplebarrelfinn4380 No, they got a leg up because Merz decided to cause a left aligned meltdown and they got good Tiktok shorts out of that.
1
Well, one can dream, but Europe is going down (in large parts thanks to the US).
1
@newtubevector Our sanctions policies isolate us from the world and drive us into the arms of the Americans as we deindustrialise and become increasingly less capable of standing on our own two feet.
1
@E.Wolfdale Yeah, almost as if it is cheaper to buy from Russia.
1
@vencik_krpo Are you taking meds? Yes, that makes it better,
