Tech companies are doing a lot of money laundering. China steals. Tie those ends together and you see why one spends so much and the other spends so little.

Bad writers have always existed. Its just today, where the box you check is more important than your actual skill, merit is lacking in the writers room. Instead of learned and experienced writers you have indoctrinated students who have lived no life and who in times past, wouldnt have even earned the title of hack.

@highlordlaughterofcanada8685 Yea, like we found out about the last vegas shooting years ago. FBI isnt going to give us any info.
1
easiest way to fix this is for every boy in the school to tell the administration that they identify as female and all go into the girls locker room and refuse to change.

education use to be teaching people HOW to think. Now folks go to university and get taught agendas and WHAT to think. This is even in the STEM fields. It doesnt have to be political. Agenda driven education is always a long term failure. It creates blind spots and dogma that people are unable to think out of.

They could have easily went with an Assassin's Creed Mali Empire if they really wanted a African protag. It fits with the timeline. The could have included the Ivory Coast, North Africa and all the way to Mecca. But that would require some actual real historical knowledge. Could have tied everything together with it.

The issue with DEI is that it is discriminatory. Then need "women" specifically white women to propel it. Remove women from their coalition and it falls apart. This is what happens when you play identity politics.

They really need to learn to code. If they learn to code they can be productive members of society. These are the sorts who said that kind of thing arent they?
1
@Gaijins Nope, just the national debt. What was spent yesterday, needs to be paid today.
1
@atys that assumes the company pays a dividend. Most dont. Many times this is done so that higher up executives reach targets in their contracts that grant them bonuses. But long term this always damages companies. If a company has enough money that they can buy back stock, they arent paying enough dividend (if they pay out dividends) or they are not properly managing their pricing structure. Lower prices will grow your market share. But they dont care about this. They care about the next quarters profit, nothing else.

Young Germans, especially males are highly radicalized. I dont mean that in a bad way. They, like the men in many western nations, have been demonized so long they no longer care. This is a generational problem and its natural reaction. The thing Germany is worried about is that the Nazis themselves were a backlash to the roving bands of communists who terrorized cities and the feckless Weimar government who did nothing. Almost the same as today. Calling them Nazis wont fix it. Taking action to address the real problems will. But the current people ruling in Germany cant, they are burdened by what has been.

The man who does, wins. Wow I am shocked. The apathy of the young enslaves them.

When you dont know what capitalism is you look like this guy. To him anything he doesnt like is capitalism. Hes like a reddit poster.

the problem is that Congress wont cut anything. And every dollar that they do cut, is now one less in GDP.

@BigHailFan I got numbers in my user name. Youtube added them. Nothing I could do.

@Ethan_Fel Both sides since I was born as far as I can tell. I was born in 1975, So you know, everyone has their sacred cows that they wanted saved. But they are all going to get slaughtered.

You would figure that most of the legal contracts would have some verbiage regarding what is legally able to be changed and what is not. Methinks that some people have been taking privileges with the legal language and are projecting their agenda. Japan will have to tighten its contracts in the future.

There was a slow shift by the democrats prior to Occupy wall street. It accelerated dramatically after though. Clinton was a democrat, hes the one who opened the door to China and then anyone who wanted to sold out. And a lot of Democrats, including Pelosi did along with many Republicans.

I remember on the box of fallout 2, it read something like, "The postapocalyptic world is rough, so you can pimp you wife for extra caps." And it turns out, in the game, you can. Or your husband if you play a s a female. Imagine trying to put that in a game today let alone on a box selling a game. When normies entered gaming it ruined gaming. The same as normies ruin everything. Mainstreaming something kills it.

Its almost always friendly fire. Then they try to project that onto the whole population. Just another way to deflect responsibility.

It will be interesting to see if there is ANY footage of this guy in his trip from Colorado to Vegas. If not, its probable he was deleted prior and then placed in the vehicle and someone else sent the email and the text messages. This reeks of setting a narrative. The intel community hates the new incoming president. And they dont want him as their boss. Irrespective of your feelings about Trump, any agency that doesnt follow the lawfully elected president should scare the hell out of every American. Doesnt matter if that president is a Republican, Democrat or anything else.

"Special effects are just a tool, a means of telling a story. People have a tendency to confuse them as an end to themselves. A special effect without a story is a pretty boring thing." - George Lucas

@HunterTN You probably put it better than I did.

@IvorineDJ Wait till you find out where Saxony is. Both the Angles and the Saxons are Germanic peoples.

I wonder why people are talking about the vote totals. In 2020 about 155 million Americans voted. Yesterday it was only 139 million. So supposedly 17 million Americans didnt vote who voted last time. So much for energized bases and historic turnout.
1
The idea that a service sector job isnt a fulfilling one reeks naivete. For some people, this is all they can do. They cannot aspire to more. That doesnt make them bad people. It just means they have limited options. Some folks lack the skills or mental capacity to be more than they are. They just cant.

this whole Kanye thing reminds me of the show Frisky Dingo with the anti semitic Black rapper who ran for vice president who had an album named Ballocaust, with him playing basketball with a jewish woman in auschwitz attire attached to him with a chain. We are in the wildest timeline.

@Official_RetroMania Americans dont use much sugar in its products because most of American sugar came from Cuba. So now most American sugar comes from Sugar Beets. But even then thats only a tiny amount compared to the high fructose corn syrup thats used because its more shelf stable.
1
@Official_RetroMania the main reason there is so much sugar in things is because its used a preservative. And the other main form of preservative, salt, was deemed hazardous to peoples health in the 80s. Then with the diet crazy they wanted fat removed from everything so it tastes like crap. So to make it taste better.... they add more sugar. Its why the only thing I buy anymore is flour, white rice and tequila. Other than that I grow and farm everything I eat.

When Boomers came into the political world, the left was on the outside of power. But over the following decades, the left took control of all the positions of power in the bureaucracies, in the universities, the courts, and now even largely among the billionaire and investment classes. The Boomers dont know that their side won. They still think they are the little guy, the Rebel Alliance fighting against the evil empire. What they dont know is that when they pull back the emperors hood, they will just see themselves.

@frisby7143 That the truth. I wish more of these demos would state what kind of rig they are running it on. Game optimization will only take you so far.

I'ver been playing video games since 1978. I have never EVER played a 10. No game is perfect. That said closest games to perfection were Street Fighter II and Deus Ex. But neither were 10s.
1
@themeangene While i wont give it a ten, I will admit that the game is probably as close to perfect as one can get. It certainly was genre defining. It is to puzzle games as Dune II is to RTS games.
1
Life support servers for dead games paid by players, maybe a monthly subscription fee.
1
Back in the day you could make a game, by yourself, photocopy a black and white manual, and put it in a zip lock baggy and sell it at hobby shops. This was back in the early and mid 80s though for computers. If you didnt know dos though, which most people didnt, you really couldnt even access computer gaming at that time. If anything consoles slowed down adult content via video games by gatekeeping content that they wanted to publish and directed it at children. But most of that content was meant for children.

The stores arent for the player base, they are for the Whales. Whales run game economies. Take World of Warships. 96% of their revenue comes from less than 5% of their player base. Whales want these stores, thats why they are in the games.
1
@trunorth9243 You just keep spamming that. No one cares. Canada needs the American market more than the US needs the Canadian one. Same with the rest of the world, thats why they are all upset at the tariffs.
1
@ There are American businesses that will be hurt by these tariffs. But they will destroy Canada. Canada and Europe complaining about tariffs when they have for the last 80 years placed tariffs on American goods and outright banned many American goods, it just makes many Americans, those of us who follow trade, laugh. And yes, I am laughing. Canadians are just getting a taste of what they have done to America for decades.
1
@xkannibale8768 No its just a way to protect their local producers. Canada and Europe have done that for decades. Meanwhile, America left her markets open. Now that we are reciprocating, they cry.
