Cory was struggling to hide his yawns, he's totally used up in this moment.
5
With triple fueling costs, 10X the maintenance.....definite winner.
5
Keep the suckers involved a little longer so the insiders can cash out better.
5
Very Toyota--BORrrring. :D
5
@GET2222 No stock GM would ever get that far on those concrete pipes. Right now GM is probably losing well over $100k per copy. GM looks to be a very nice truck--for a typical fragile cheesy chrome plastic grandma's grocery getter.
5
@pasad335 Yeah by about a century and it looks lk this attempt is about as desirable as a 1920's pickup.
5
Impressed with speed of door, more typically one might be pausing for it to cycle which could be irritating 100X per day.
5
Smaller audience but quality free advertising with the risk of not controlling the narrative.
5
@simoc24 Indeed....I'm frankly surprised and impressed.
5
Just rebadging.
4
12:09 weld completely missed and accomplishing nothing. Some of these welds are as bad as it gets, just terrible. (been in the welding biz for 45 yrs)
4
Great that we can still get a lot out of it. I have ME degree (mech engineering) and I struggle with the software/systems/computer stuff.
4
Elon sandbagged the gen 3 platform as they've been doing for some time. Surprised some of what Sandy didn't know like the pilot next gen to be in TX.
4
Even tho they grabbed every homeless dude off the street for show and tell.
4
@vinumcopia9850 I believe Sandy said they are tearing down new M3, how could they not? I suspect this has been recorded some time ago.
4
@puta1082 They got some cool new toys for 'free', I agree doesn't need any "disclosure".
4
How they allow incessant infuriating 'bells and bongs' to make the cut is beyond me. Poor seats a deal breaker, esp for a "luxury" car.
4
According to Elon it was well earned.
4
@andrewm8531 Efficiency matters unless U have more money than U know what to do with. Most charge at home almost all the time rendering charging spd mostly irrelevant. Many haven't been to a pubic charger in yrs. You'll not only pay more to charge but take longer for given charge spd. CT needs to and will improve via OTA updates, all Teslas get better over time. Did a Bolt ever do that? Can this GM? How often do U tow? Most never do.
4
@donkykon2094 No one knows but my guess is $250k or more.
4
It was designed specifically to fleece naïve, noob Robinhooders and has succeed at such to an impressive degree.
4
Going to jail eventually. Yeah the sleaziest joke on stupid gamblers in recent memory.
4
Front end so hideous I'd expect HOAs to ban it and neighbors to toss rocks at it.
4
Cool that they have an equal shot at it NOT cool if it's a requirement for such positions.
4
I always watch the whole thing! :D
3
When comparing charging connectors wish for more focus on the cable size, when it's cold a fat cable can be a bitch.
3
It's good to have wide ranging options tho this is for a small minority with the coin, and I suspect--older folks rig like Caddy has been for decades. I like SOME physical buttons, steer column stalks and a full steering wheel , lol. Lack of buttons is mitigated with a user specified control bar at bottom...one step for personal priorities.
3
You have to realize Jon is excited to show it off so it's hard to be quiet.
3
Just what I wanted for Christmas--a block of foam.
3
I think you are correct in this instance as they don't have any volume and never will. Vertical integration wins at scale tho....see BYD or Tesla vs GM which is going under.
3
@MunroLive Also AI Driver.
3
Very interesting, well done.
3
@ThisIsF-dUp Don't be simple. Is THAT all you have for them? Do they have an exceptional culture of engineering prowess and execution? (of course not, conmen don't attract such ppl) Without that they don't have a prayer. Is the biz model remotely viable?....NO, quite the contrary. If you are in the name you frankly deserve to lose it all, I don't wish it I much prefer to see folks succeed, but this is a case study in stupidity.
3
Can you imagine getting that sideways out of a turn? I want nothing to do with 3 wheeled cars.
3
T always keeps us entertained and on our toes.
3
Hate to be superficial but that front is so ridiculous looking, so hideous I couldn't bare to see it in my drive. (not entirely superficial as it can't possibly be aero efficient)
3
I can't imagine ASKING the wifey for something like that--but I know you Milktoasts and simps will say that's why I'm not married. HA!
3
I want real leather not plastic.
3
@Icayn "80% of PU buyers are lifestyle buyers, personal use only, not work." I fit that majority even tho a PU would do a little lite work for me on occasion, I don't need it for that.
3
Funny that the vent louvers are for aero efficiency but then all those needless "accents", styling crap, can't be good for air flow.
3
Key take away--DON'T get married. ;-)
3
Every narrative period must be challenged.
3
Nice to see the door only fits very badly, better than duct taped on as we've come to expect.
3
Are they dragging extension cords?
3
@raveesh.chandukudlu I don't think H will ever "shine" in any surface application. Traditional vehicles also suffer loss of range in extreme cold conditions, not as much but significant.
3
Very useful content today.
3
@jonathanlyng3442 Elon: "Hold my BEER"
3
3 wheels is crap for several reasons, that's why you never see many or for long. They come and go throughout out history always to fade away as inferior. (India is one exception but I bet they are legally favored there) Same with ATVs back in the 1970's/''80's, old golf carts, etc. Only reason for them is cheaper to build typically and in some places they skirt more stringent "car" regulations on the road and pass as a "motorbike".
3
@davis.fourohfour Get a golf cart it will be perfect for you.
3
@Tooradj Helicopters can "glide" (autorotate) very well from normal flight, either will kill you from a hover. If this VTOL lost all power it should be capable of reasonable glide IF props feather, from normal flight condition, aka, not hanging on the props.
