Every second person I meet in FF14 seems to have come from WoW. Myself would still be grinding mindless dailies if it wasn't for the exodus.

  28. You're going to see a lot of content creators in their late 30s who've been insanely successful retire "suddenly." The reality is most have been planning this for a long time, whilst working very hard during their 20s and 30s to build their fanbase and monetise them thoroughly. Make no mistake the wealth they have amassed is immense. The secret however has been in convincing their fanbases they are still that down to earth guy worthy of their monies, not a multi millionaire set for life. Retiring suddenly is the perfect mask off moment, but many are likely just bored of what they've been working on all their life and want to setup new business doing something else (making big money elsewhere).

Death by gum infection used to be one of the most common ways to die until dentistry was invented 300 years ago, usually involved an incredibly slow agonising death and not uncommon for people to die in their 30s. Sure they didn't have soda but they ate and drank tons of fruit and wine, also sugary and acidic. Plus all it took was like 1 accident or punch and you could have shards for teeth, no replacing your teeth back then.
