  6. Because Everton were found guilty. The FA clearly have solid evidence against Everton. They don't against City. Cfc have admitted wrongdoing so they'll get some sanction but since it was the previous ownership it won't be as severe as it would be otherwise.

  49. You're not making an apples to apples argument. Tehres only 32 NBA teams and they still qualify for the playoffs. Imagine the playoffs were the same teams guaranteed every year. Leaving out the rest to play meaningless games week in week out so that the Lakers can play the sun's or whoever every year in the playoffs.
