  38. Neither are "struggling for money". Theyve just chosen not to spend that would cut into thier profits. Cfc have decided making profits from the club isn't important. At least at the moment. Utd and afc have been run with the clear position that profits is the most import goal of thier ownership model. Same goes for lfc. It's not that they don't have the money or can't spend. It's that they've chosen not to spend because profit is thier goal.
