In a world with plenty of evil people, some still manage to stand out.

Could this call her past decisions into question?

I'm buying stock in Alpacas. I think the demand is going up.
2
They didn't learn from the Covington kids. This lesson needs to be drilled into them until they actually learn it.

I don't know. I can't support anti-Semitism, but that's a hard one to root out sometimes. I hadn't heard what he said, but that sounds genuinely anti-Semitic.

"Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity." I don't know if it was done to make pro-Trumpers look bad or not, and I don't know if I'll ever know. It hardly matters when BLM and Antifa can burn down buildings and the news will point out that they're mostly peaceful, but will take this as a reason to crush pro-Trump groups.

Nimrata is going to be difficult for a lot of people to pronounce as well. Sunny really didn't engage her brain before opening her mouth.
2
I wonder if JD's intention is something other than winning the case.

I'd say it depends. Blaire White looks and sounds female, so I'd argue that being attracted to Blaire White you're attracted to features more typical for the female sex. Put most males in a dress and they don't look female. Dylan Mulvaney is kind of in-between.

We don't want to give everybody an equal education. We want to give everybody equal opportunity to education, but the idea of honors and AP courses is to give more education to kids who can handle it either through intelligence or the determination of the students -- or their parents telling them to put down the controller and pick up the textbook. Equity demands equal results, and any different in results is considered a result of bias. If there's a homework gap, then it's society's fault, not the parents' or the kids', not because of facts but because no other answer is considered acceptable through the lens of equity.

Did he get the refund?

Hollywood is nothing but remakes now, even in court.

This was a good video. He was trying to game the system by trying to keep a bike out of service when he's not entitled to it, but she really could have let that go. I get it: she's like 24 months pregnant and just got off a 105 hour shift, but when she was crying for help she wasn't in any danger or trying to defend anything. My verdict: there's enough blame to go around. They should sit down and have a beer (non-alcoholic for her).

Making the home look empty is not an invitation to burglarize it.
2
Maybe the Cessnas were to get closer to God. 🤔
2
The left pretty consistently mischaracterizes what happened, with "killed for riding a subway car" being pretty typical. Their dishonest approach taints any action they take on the matter, IMHO.
2
Be careful what you wish for. Be even more careful what you vote for.
2
What are the criteria for 2nd degree manslaughter there? I don't think she showed depraved indifference.
2
Can the federal government stop him?
2
He wasn't given the death penalty. It was an unintentional death resulting from restraining a dangerous man.
2
This narrowly missed being a Christmas miracle. I still think the league should separate the women's league from the men's league and let each fare on its own.
2
@scottholder4431 Then that's what they should be saying.
2
IMHO: In and of itself it's not the end of the world, but neither are separate water fountains. Neither one's a good thing, but mostly they're part of a nasty whole.
2
@xbass97x That's a good point. I've been stupid plenty of times, but that is on a different level.
2
He needs to be sentenced to time for every SA conviction. Consecutive sentences.
2
She compared having to work for a living to slavery. The appropriate responses are laughter and ridicule.
2
The View said they derided the idea because Trump proposed it. They admit prejudice, and blame the target of that prejudice. It's like someone saying, "Sure, it turned out that <ethnic slur> was innocent of <stereotype> but you could hardly blame me. Everyone know they're all like that."
2
@drmattbarnes1371 I get that. I just don't know if it's relevant unless Rittenhouse saw them riot or loot. I suppose it could back up claims that he saw them do that, though.
2
@JunohProductions I didn't know that. I think arsonist and rioter would certainly apply, then!
2
If they are seeking sylum then their lives or health were in danger, weren't they? In theory at least. Shouldn't they be grateful for safety? 🤔
2
Carrying a gun is a right that must come with a lot of responsibility. She blew it, and she blew it several successive times. I think the sentence is a little high if she didn't intend to kill him, especially compared to people getting away with a slap on the wrist for murder these days, but she needs to go to prison for several years. Edit: If people getting a slap on the wrist for murder isn't happening in Georgia then I'd withdraw my objection to the length of her sentence.
2
It's about time and past time.
2
Would a Men's Only tournament be OK to you?
2
@ellie6229 That sounds fair. Thank you!
2
@apwmojack California had Ronald Reagan for governor for a spell.
2
She's not stateless. Crazy is a state.
2
I think you're being completely fair to those people you featured.
2
Good man! Best heroic wrestling move since El Santo.
2
I remember when sports journalism involved journalism.
2
He's 100% a hypocrite. He deserves to be judged by his own standard for others.
2
The job was to open a briefcase. How do you demonstrate intelligence while opening a briefcase? Gilligan would get that right after a couple tries.
2
I think the second critic made good points about wells working in several years' time was important. Other than that... There's a lot of hate out there, and it shouldn't surprise me to keep seeing it.
2
In this case they gambled and lost, but in the long run they'll have to blame capitalism, IMHO. There's less demand for women's soccer, so people providing it cannot charge as much, which is because the fans discriminate, which in turn is because nature discriminates. The best players are going to be overwhelmingly male. The women's league can either ask men to support them more than they do already, ask for legislation requiring people to watch them equally, or ask for the leagues to be merged so that the best players overall can compete with each other. I'm going to guess they'd go for option #2 before they go for #3.
2
@laurent5176 I'm still drinking, sorry, I meant thinking about the details.
2
No true Scotsman non-binary would shoot up a place.
2
@TrashWerewolf That's a good point. Thanks.
2
Maybe she stole his look and I think the fashion police should be notified, but isn't the real question who wore it better?
2
I'm waiting for the next revelation. He has diplomatic immunity as ambassador from Oz? He's actually several squirrels testing a human suit? He's a time-traveller who will have gotten a license in 2030 but came back in time to stop ChatGT from taking over Michigan?
2
She was framed by Russian hackers. The whole Ukrainian invasion was just a smokescreen for this, their real goal.
2
@danporath536 I admit that I don't know. Are those part of the relevant laws?
