@Desicuevas
I don’t think I am a god, so retract your claim.
And yes, my morality is based on well being over suffering.
According to biblical doctrine, your god cares very little about human suffering.
But you still can’t provide evidence that any god, or the devil exists.
The world is evidence of the world. You can’t just claim it is evidence of a devil.
Besides, according to your doctrine, your gods is responsible for creating evil, creating the devil, and would,be powerful enough to stop evil, but doesn’t.
Your believing a god exists doesn’t make your god a reality. You don’t have evidence that Adam and Eve existed. All you have are claims.
Remember, the Bible is a book of claims, and those claims require evidence.
This planet doesn’t depend on my opinion, but your opinions are demonstrably false.
So go ahead and admit you don’t have evidence for your god or for a devil. Be honest.

@kevinwest1607
Please don’t say you were ever like me. It can’t be accurate, and it comes off as dishonest.
Also, by saying “worse” you’re suggesting it is bad. That’s rude. No offense meant.
I’m sure your experience is very important to you.
I was once a believer, and I even attended Seminary. So I doubt very much much you were like me.
Please consider: Faith means believing without evidence, right?
Faith is used by different people to accept different gods, right? Muslims and Hindus use faith as well, would you agree?
And people of those faiths also offer similar arguments about having awful periods but pulled through.
Faith can be used to justify any belief, regardless whether or not the belief is true.
It does serve to bolster confidence in the belief, even if the belief is false.
So I find faith to be problematic, especially because I care whether or not my beliefs are true.
Also, Letting go of my religion has helped me through tough times, as it has for other non-believers.
