Exactly. I got bullied all the way through my school life and now I occasionally visit beauty pageants and approach really cute girls on the street :) I hit the gym for years now but I'm gonna spend some time recruiting people for my side gig now so that they also can upgrade their life

So after hearing the 1st 5 min I have to agree I'm feeling lazy and demotivated (maybe due to relapsing multiple times in the past week). Right now I feel like I have to push myself really hard to do something, even when I sleep 8 hours I'd still snooze my clock daily. So today I'll work on bodyweight workouts and from tomorrow going back to the gym daily. I need to change and I have to since I don't like what I am right now and also I need to make my goals a priority and disappear from social media for a while.

I know this girl I know her all her life (I went to school with her brothers) and whenever she sees me now shes always smiling and checking me out so yeah working out helps alot!

Yo Kris, this video stays awesome. Right now I work 2 jobs so it's harder to hit the gym with the limited time being free but I try to implement bodyweight workouts when I'm short on time but still it's not the same. But ofcourse I make it up when I have more free time. I want to get to 10-15% body fat by the end of 2022 so let's see what happens :)

Seeing those body transformations make me want to get a huge ass home gym where I can work out 24/7 without going to the gym and losing my place on the weights I want to use. 😥 I already got a barbell with weights, a dips bar and a pullup/dip station. But I need way more, 1 day I'm sure

Just went to the gym to hire a personal trainer to push me in the workouts and help me with my diet and ofcourse cut out energy drinks. Starting Sunday 😤😤😤

Exactly. I got mine measured in may, ended up at 286. Now I'm planning to workout 5-6 days a week, eat healthy consistent, sleep 8 hours whenever possible and have an active recovery day ( walking etc) while also working on my business. I'm planning to do another blood test in October to see if it changed or not

I want to improve my life, hit the gym, make money and meet a sexy girl down the road but a friend of mine has got money from the parents, they paid his villa, he doesn't meet women during the but relies on bars and social media shit. Yo Kris, interesting video as always but i got a question. A friend of mine discovered a freelance job that pays 40/ h (translating) and I'm thinking about doing it since when I do it for 24 hours ( 12 h a day in the weekend) I almost get 1000 euros 😎

Basically going on monkmode with the discipline and patience:) Time to go monk mode from now on For me minimum 1 month: - No fap - No caffeine - 2 liters + of water daily - No sugar/ bulking cleanly - 4 x a week weightlifting and 2 days CrossFit for shredding the fat - Build my business up as a financial advisor and getting payed really good. - Eat 6 meals a day - Read or listen to a book 30 min - 1 h daily - no porn, no dating, no parties - sleep 8 hours whenever possible - meditation - doing Muay Thai intervals daily

Sounds like it's going to be me though. I got social elections coming up next month and I'm a candidate for the union. If I'm chosen it's for 4 years

Hit the gym and hire a personal trainer if you can. I just did a 1 month personal trainer traject costing 200 euros for the 1 month and I just received my food schedule. When I go hit it hard, bulk up and do it for the next year so by next summer I'm gonna be a beast 😤😤

Yo kris, another great video. I agree with focusing on yourself more which I will do starting tomorrow. Also I have a competition with a colleague about running 15 km at the end of the year. So starting tomorrow I'll focus all my time on fitness and my business so I'll read and apply the things in it.
