  4.  @davidhouseman4328  Too expensive David, ive seen a figure of £2.1 Billion for conversion and that`s just the hull without aircraft, then you have to find a company which still makes steam CATs unless you want EMALS. it`s too late we have committed to the B model purchase what would be the point of the A model? The B model and STOVL Ops are perfect for us when you look at joint Ops with the Crabs.

  14.  @0penminds  Yes but NLAW does not approach the target at the same steep angle as the Javelin round. ERA reacts when it gets hit so I dont really know what you mean regards ERA.

  48. @@JimCarnerthe Aster block 1 conversion is underway. The issue that concerns me is countering those MRBMs - the anti ship ballistic missiles. Without ABM capability (Sampson) they could be challenging. I’m glad the USN DSG-51s are there with the “ROTA” fit.
