What If the PLC remained united Well then it wouldn't be a PLC it was a confederation but one which members were constantly fighting each other And no Its not like Lithuania was constantly fighting Poland it was the same people who took bites out of Poland IE Russia,Prussia,and Austria constantly fighting each other on who next would hold the Polish thrown. Putting it in simple terms a untied PLC would have to ditch the elected monarchy system it was one which worked until others found out how easy it was to abuse.

Social democracy is a heavily regulated Capitalist system Cough cough "socialist" countries like Denmark or the Swiss have some of the largest companies in the world like Lego or Nestle. Only diffrence from them and american companies like Google or Space X the gouvernment pays workers a ton and takes a ton away in taxes of and force companies for much better working conditions. Btw I actually support a system alot of social democratic stuff BUT DONT CALL IT SOCIALISM.

What Im trying to say is social democracy lost core functions of socialist ecconomics such as that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned by the community as a whole. If it would be actual socialism Nestle would have its means of production shared rather than controled by a few higher ups at the company. If you want to call it a evolution of socialism Fine they were the same thing before WW1 but dont call it socialism its not but it does have many elements of it its exchanged core parts of a socialist ecconomy to better accommodate capitalism so if anything I would call it a hybrid of the 2.

  44. @P4to D0l4n America really has done less to hold back Latin America than you think Not to say America did nothing but that only started in the mid 19th century Latin America had a hundred years after independence and made similar progress before and after the start of the cold War. Hell the us has done done Very similar stuff to mainland western Europe rig a Italian election so they don't have a independent sorry different forign policy infiltrate the French communist party and poison one of there leaders the only real difference is the us stopped that after the cold war and europe grew much faster than Latin America during that time. I could see a argument for Columbia by supporting a Panamanian rebellion to get the Canal or even Argentina due to effectively entrenching peronism with there insistence on the status quo. But brazil or peru I don't see any difference with what the us did there and what they did to mainland Western Europe.
