The real question is Will Poland make it to space yeah probably
5
yeah overall If he were to talk about somthing like that he would have to talk about all of it Similar reason to why few people talk about the effect global warming results in global greening its no much to talk about on a region by region basis which you have to do.
5
I just love seeing this comment section eat itself over weather or not bolenaro is pro democracy or not And here have a bit of attention to eat up He's a nasty right wing populist who while supporting democracy is still willing to use underhanded means to get things done COUGH COUGH Nixon cough cough yes I am a American and before you say trump he's basically Regan 2 but with a bit of Theodore Roosevelts "Delinquent views" on south America oh also a big jerk who cheated on his wife BUT NOT A DICTATOR so stop saying he is why else do you think he didn't use presidential directive 51 over covid.
5
@wizzyno1566 honestly yeah its a low effort way for him to split up content and thus views into as many seperate videos as possible while dragging the series out longer. From a cynical view it would be optimal.
4
@zhcultivator they didnt prevent it Just made brazil worse than portugal at the start so few people wanted to move there. But you can see the diffrence just by looking at population numbers argentina 45 mil columbia 50 mil brazil 200 mil Portugal had no restrictions on imigration just only desperate or nieve members of portugese society moved to brazil.

Izaha Yah TV what part Appalachian ohioan or Internet libertarianism Well Appalachian ohioan means I live in the Appalachian part of Ohio more specifically I live in Athens And Internet libertarianism is well a me assuming a part of what he said in the video meant what I'm seeing here which is people finding meaning online rather than in person it's a lot more complex than that but that's the shortest way I can put it.
4
@JKJ1900 simplest way to put it is commoner version of Technolibertarianism Which has a wiki page but its more complex then that since well thats been around for 30 years its develouped past then for sure

Im guessing Overall a stronger byzantine core probably slightly more land in north africa keeping land in italy for slightly longer. islam being much smaller I could easily see persia and later parts of india and indonesia becoming islamic so not gone. Byzantine empire being alot less slavic without the plauge letting the bulgarians, serbs, dalmatians migrate in. Does not mean more greek just replace slavs with Illyrians and Thracians and a very diffrent kinda of Macedonian. Stronger Southern Europe while weaker Northern Europe without the med being split in half. Russia would do alot more trade in the black sea. Im just gona stop it right here.
4
All the talk about the EU Its like a modern HRE and well the Netherlands had colonies that didnt last long so France might have some colonies that wont last long? Only eu country I can see pulling it off solo and the EU couldnt do it without america pulling the strings.
4
@P4to D0l4n the us more so with a few exceptions mainly perpetuates the pre existing order or in other words status quo its insistence on "status quo" which isn't the best for the region. My main point was you can't blame everything on the us it did similar stuff in Italy west Germany and to a lesser extent France Latin America was poorer than the north or western Europe prior to MASS American influence. Main exceptions being Honduras el Salvador and Guatemala are pretty screwed up due to the war on drugs so yeah that's America's fault.
4
@diehardsmokerbuddy you realise the polish nobility was either incorperated into either german or russian nobility or exicuted for being potential troublemakers after poland got partitioned right? There was no polish nobility or szlachta in the interwar years. The former russian empire/german empire allready delt with it.
4
YOU GOT YOUR WISH.
4
@kendomyers . . . Judging by you comment you dont seem to realise what trump supporters preach about the "left" Just as a exsample he didnt say OH THE "LEFT" is a stooge of the CCP as many actually say or Joe Biden Is supporting the REVOLUTIONARY ABOLITIONIST MOVEMENT. If he really wanted to preach he would overexsadurate the worst few groups or one off cases like the revolutionary abolistionist movement or Fang Fang the "honey trap". Hes not a trump supporter by any means otherwise he would be preaching a very diffrent message.

@RespectMyAuthoritaah white pilled is optimistic Black pilled is nhililistic.

I have to say different regions haveing different steriotypes is 100% true even goes down to different suburb where I live in ohio. I often hear people wish they had a "bexley babe" or "gahanna gal" since there women are viewed as less petty and less "instagramy" alongside more stable and trustworthy not to dox you. And thats just for the womens steriotypes.
4
Not exsaxly peaceful there was major political turmoil IE the military trying to seize power and later 1993 October coup A few doesens of civilians early on And most of all it Lead to major political tension that's lead to wars only a few years later COUGH COUGH CHECHNYA COUGH COUGH GEORGIA IN GENERAL COUGH COUGH DONBAS On paper it peacefully dissolved but I mean it caused the Chechen war Donbas war and not to mention tension that could blow up In northern Kazakhstan or Belarus.
4
@rogueassassin875 assuming the world would all be deserts in a post global warming world The extra water and rainfall should have the opposite effect shouldnt it? Not to say that's caused by a good thing coastal cities would need to be evacuated and rebuilt similar urban centers further inland but still I would expect a more humid word instead of a constant deserts.
4
Me as a appalachian ohioan: aka midwestern hillbilly american. COMPETITION REEEEE.
4
I love how one moralistic comment just expanded this comment replies from 1 to 43. It might not be funny in your opinion but guess what jokes are not universal. Trust me watch a comedy from Singapore and get really confused about why are they joking about Ang-Mos which if you knew what it meant probably would either offend you Probably.
4
@gorytv9847 I used him as a example if you combine all of the silicon Valley billionaires alongside Elon Musk you end up with a one off payment of 164 dollars and if your lucky a nice property or a share of a big company. My point still stands theres to many people to devide it amongst for anyone to get a meaningful sum if divided equally.
4
You think thats advanced Think of horse and buggy being the primary for of transportation 80 years later your watching a man landing on the moon think about the change in transportation speed that would have been required to pull that off.
4
Similar position I only started watching him about 5 years ago in 2018 living in a small but rapidly growing ohioan exurb with most communities not on instagram withering on the vine.
4
@MagicSpud Ive heard of a few other smaller ones as well from companies by texas instruments but for all I know those are small output to test the waters of domestic us productuon.
4
I mean there conquest of georgia, and mesopatania would have been harder so its not all better for them Just alot better off for there european third while there anitoloan third would be slightly smaller with a MUCH STRONGER GEORGIA.

WHEN THE WINGED caramell HUSSARS ARIVE
4
Interesting video Only reason for this comment is to hope to get a question in for the livestream before the chat is A live and B constantly moving. What do you think about the recent explosion of alt hist mods in paradox games over the last 4 years. Stuff like Roma Delenda Est or The New Order as exsamples.
4
Sadly yes BUT I LIVED.
4
If it were to be real Then there will be so many Crusades and Jihads alongside attempted sinozisation against it.
4
@Kevin-it4fh outsourcing can much more cleanly be blamed on globalization But then again if it wasn't for globalization to be fair those same Midwestern jobs just would have been outsourced to the sunbelt-socal instead.
4
@superkamiguru6856 the main thing here is complacency The greeks would only have one or potentially 2 main competitors Carthage and potentially Persia. Persia would probably have a pretty high economic dependence on the other 2 though so I won't count them This leaves Greece and Carthage when there's only 2 groups competing it always results in "fairly peaceful" eras in the core meanwhile war on the edges. Just look at the cold war or a much better example the relationship between Rome and Persia constantly fighting over Mesopotamia and Armenia while never fighting on core.
4
@GullibleTarget wait new Zealand YOU SURE IT WOULDNT BE ZELANDIA?
4
@earthly2387 it takes ages for the water levels to rise anyway. Plus I'm not talking about full blown zelandia including new Caledonia I'm just talking about a slightly larger and connected New Zealand.
4
Here's the thing it's crazy compared to a few years ago. Well much MORE CRAZY THAN A FEW YEARS AGO Am I the only one who remembers when the flint water crisis was considered a crisis.
4
@BitMan1010 OK dude we are not pests to ourselves in the same vein to a tick a tick is not a pest Trust me we are pests to some animals and to others we are the only reason they EXIST We are not pests to animals like dogs or cats.
4
Some called themselves Illyrians some called themselves Hellenes others armenians many mainly in the cities called themselves romanitas byzantium was not a hemoginous state but fairly pluralistic
4
@Perrirodan1 obsolete seems really optimistic If there obsolete how come the 1st and 2nd congo wars happened. Or hell right now theres about 10 powder kegs around the world.
4
Another sequel wait was the 12 lies about reality video a sequel or a spin off to the historical misconception videos. Either way THIS IS A SEQUEL right?
4
@zeroyuki92 the coast is The interior of the region a underpopulated and b alot less caring about indonesia Not to mention the small chinese population there and seeing as how china is even willing to claim vladivostok thats also a possibility Ill be it a unlikley one.
4
@fedcoin1602 well a mix of both geography was what made it rich but if it had poor leadership it would balkanize into about 13 countrys with modern boarders.
3
What if Austria could leverage the Danubian Swabians and Translyvanian-Saxons against the romanians and hungarians?
3
@SacredCowStockyards yeah I know the American economy is massive but it's not like other counties are not comparable I mean hell even Japan who's country is roughly only the size of the east coast and habitable parts are much smaller than that has a economy which can compete in some sectors to the ENTIRE continent of the US The scale is the only thing that changed.
3
It might be more resilient its still stagnated economically losing a decade while the rest of the world surged ahead. Not going to act like that's everyone France has benefited from there African satellites growing fast and eastern Europe only slowed but outside of that there's not alot.
3
@sunclonkt7839 you would be surprised how effective communist rebels have been in India they have been fighting a communist insurgency there for decades Well technically there Naxalites not communists but a Naxalite is more or less a Indian communist Oh BTW the Naxalites are also the largest terrorist group in the world But yeah I see your point if they were to seize power they wouldn't be able to hold it for long at all.
3
New litterally any niece or yet ideology about to be thought up NOWS MY CHANCE.
3
Finally no more incelbait content we good now
3
@nikomann88 well brazil never had the same Spanish monopolistic system and there in a very similar situation And well somthing else the us did see Argentina as a equal prior to the interwar era but your point has been made. Yeah the timing was pretty bad with a few exceptions like Chile but with Europe the interest america had there lead to some of the same stuff just with much economic aid on the side election interference in Italy or subverting the French communist party from the inside no assassinations but still political influence. Lastly america did not treat all Latin American countries the same way el Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala especially and Columbia to a lesser extent have been treated much worse than Argentina or Brazil as examples.
3
@diehardsmokerbuddy also show me statistics on literacy because by 1939 90% of poles could read and by 1991 poland only had 95% it was really a drop in the bucket if they had anything to do with it at all sure they new more russian but thats it.
3
@diehardsmokerbuddy homelessness they actually created that right after WW2 by forcing poles out of Lwow/Lviv and Brest eastern poland in general and over to former eastern germany aka half of pomerania, silesia, east prussia etc They solved a problem they themselves caused. It was a factor beforehand but minor they made it 10 times worse before bringing it back to levels that poland was at in the great depression.
3
@diehardsmokerbuddy 1. do you not know about the polish population transfers of 1944-1946? Yes there was 100 thousand killed by ukrainian "nationalists" but the soviets forcefully expeled the rest from lwow and Brześć nad Bugiem 2. Large ilitteracy in eastern europe as a hole your forgetting it wasnt just the soviets who undertook in massive efforts to boost literacy stuff like the Jędrzejewicz reform ended up boosting polands literacy heres some statistics In 1921, one-third of citizens of Poland remained illiterate (38% in the countryside). The process was slow, but by 1931, the illiteracy level had dropped to 23% overall (27% in the countryside) and further down to 18% in 1937. By 1939, over 90% of children attended school. Edit By the time the 2nd polish republic was around there was NO NOBILITY IN POLAND OR ANY FEUDAL HIGHERARCHIES for the simple reason there previous nobilty was either assimilated into german/austrian or russian nobility or killed By the time the 1st world war came around poland saw the nobility as signs of foreign influence over there nation so forced them to move out.

All of these comments about erdogan and all I have to say is Hes a moral gray area. hes lifted bans on religious expression in public take that as you will Tryed to make a more pluralistic country when it comes to minorities so IE kurds,Georgians,Pontics etc Failed on all frounts though. More or less has turned into tyrany of the majority though . . . Crashed the ecconomy at least by provoking others. Ruined press freedom there. Made turkeys exsecutive branch much more powerfull. Do I need to go on?
