  5. I think the elephants were more frightened? They know that our kind (us humans) can kill/severely injure them from a distance (firearms) I doubt that there are many herds throughout Africa that haven't been shot at? 😕 🤔

  20. I love the spotted hyenas and also the vultures, l love the wonderful animals that the media have tuned us into disliking, they are very important and special to natures ecology! Spotted hyenas are smarter than an elephant too! Incredible animals are our hyenas, all 4 species, we have left (on Earth) lets look after the wildlife we have left..

  21. 1 rabbit? That would only be a snack for 1 wild dog pup! Also at least they caught it themselves, right? Folks think that lions don't scavenge but they do more than spotted hyenas, wild dogs and leopards, as shown by this video.. This is a stolen kill from a leopard.. who cares‽

  28.  @doktorhyena  ~ I thought the offspring from the matriarch could demand milk/suckling from another female SH? be it an aunt/sister or other nursing hyena? their hierarchy is so complex, these animals are incredible and each clan is different/has it's own set of rules etc. I think it goes something like that? Lioness also practice this 'suckling' of/for other cubs?... even humans did this, 'wet-nursing' so as not to waste nutritious milk and to help feed hungry babies, it's a shame it is so taboo 😞 for humans... milk can be screened?

A hunting dog and especially a spotted hyena, are far more intelligent than a lion, if they were the same size...I don't doubt who would be doing the running...🤔 a male lion is not very good at hunting, they steal from hunting dogs and hyenas regularly but they steal from lioness's the most, the big doofus's are far too clumsy for most hunting

  32.  George V  ~ bigger, more powerful but far from more successful...even a lioness has only around a 15% hunting success story, these wild dogs can generally catch 80-90% of what they are chasing down. Male lions rely on the females or they simply steal the kill from hyenas or wild dogs, of course those animals will run away, they are not stupid! AND this is why animals get eaten alive! A wild dog or hyena knows a big lion can come along at any moment to pinch the kill...they have to eat very, very fast while they still have control of the food

  33.  George V  ~ hahaha yes they run...and get away! With their lives usually intact! A big, male lion doesn't have to hunt, they have the brute strength to steal prey from every other carnivore on the Savannah and they do! Nothing wrong with this, it's nature. I just wish they didn't kill other predators on sight, like mother cheetahs and her cubs, but that is nature too...

Only human cruelty is censored... on YT, actually there are online 'gore' sites that show real CCTV footage of stabbings, shootings, car accidents, dogs killing humans, police stuff etc. real footage of humans dying... any type of murder you can think of, no matter how gruesome and not the 'deep web' either, I've never even gone 'there' I wouldn't know how and I don't need to...

  36.  @alanfoster6589  - they are the bowels of Earths hell, many abattoirs (ie. 100,000's across our vast planet humans that work in these places, long term.... the cruelty to animals, domestic animals is abysmal, I've watched a lot of undercover or security or film, some of it is gut wrenching, it makes one gasp... and hold their breath at was was just witnessed 😧

I would have liked to see just how wounded the warthog was (I don't want it to be terribly injured but to try and make a judgement if it will survive😥) it must have been bad cos the leopard had blood all over his face...sheesh and folks like to accuse the spotted hyenas of eating their prey alive...lions also eat their prey alive, these plains predators HAVE to eat quickly, their food can be stolen from them in minutes!

  41. The "doors" are locked from reception, this is a hotel, they cannot have an accident where their guests are in any danger, or the place will be closed by authorities, no? These guests cannot leave their rooms without serious permission, if at all! Everything they need, is inside...

  47. 3 quarters dead, the camera guy came across this scene at the ass end, they might have been fighting for ages? The snake probably put up a hell of a fight...or maybe it was run over, half killed and the eagle found it? We will never know

  48.  @mrcoatimundi753  - thankyou so much (l love coatimundis and jaguarundis, those type of mostly unknown animals, 100's/1000's of them) I'm from Australia and not many people care about unusual animals, anywhere really 😕 The SE Asian animals are very interesting too, like tarsiers and civet cats etc. There are zero protections for SE Asian forests, therefore ALL are endangered.. a real, crying shame.. Australia cannot talk though, we have a dismal record of animal extinctions, absolutely disgusting how we treat our small amount of native forest, we have left.. our remnants of unlogged forest, bushland etc. is STILL cleared for agriculture and worse.. public housing...😟 so much cleared land, now unusable for crops, could be built on, surely?
