hahaha did you witness the lion ripping the baby gazelles fur out? He's gonna eat it, alright...
1
@paigelobban3293 ~ the lion was sorry? There are many online videos of big cats tearing the fur from newborn animals they have caught, he was just taking his time with this fawn/calf, he definitely ate it, it cannot get away...
1
@paigelobban3293 ~ sweetie, a lion or leopard has NEVER saved a baby antelope or gazelle...they are only 1-3 days old, what are they going to drink? A baby this age needs milk from its own species, it cannot survive without the milk from its mother. Do NOT believe the videos headlined 'lion saved fawn/baby impala' etc. It is not possible. Even if a big cat is lactating, it cannot suckle a herbivore, in this case...this is a young male lion...sorry to pop your bubble but these babies are either killed outright or die overnight from exposure (they freeze to death) the cats eat them anyhow 😞

This is one dry riverbed! Will it ever flow again?

Oooh but people like to say the spotted hyena is a total scavenger, they only STEAL food...load of baloney as we can bear witness to, the spotted hyena captures/kills 85% + of its own food! The main reason hyenas 'appear' and do eat their prey alive, is because they have to gobble down the meat before a lion pride comes along and steals the carcass from them!
1
~ CRAP! This very young male lion was even licking/nipping the fur out...it was eaten within an hour 😞
1
@junaidjaved5109 ~ I meant its mothers milk, a leopard cannot possibly feed a newborn baby baboon...
1
@junaidjaved5109 ~ yes they never escape, it is nature I guess, but even humans kill baby humans quite often 😥 so we are no better
1
Without predators, the prey animals overpopulate... nature doesn't get it wrong When humans interfere it goes wrong..culling all of the wolves from Yellowstone NP for example, now they have had to be reintroduced! So nature can re-balance itself..
1
Calm down Singh nature has it under control...

I totally agree! the spotted hyena has evolved (over 100's of 1000's of years, to pull its ass end in) those hunting dogs and indeed, each other, have seriously painful bites on them! I enjoy watching these animal interact with each other and I'm upset that they are all becoming scarce, it's THEIR only country 😞
1
@halilkunge9295 ~ the leopard probably killed its mother... it looked pretty full to me
1
@fromthetribeofjudah ~ ugh! Grow up, the bible was written by middle Eastern men... it's a load of crap...Christianity is a middle Eastern religion, it has spread like cancer, nothing good about any religion, people are just easily brainwashed... humans created every god known to man, 100's of them...there are start dates to all religions, when a human created them
1
~ watch again, at the vèry start you can clearly see one back leg, floppy, it's totally snapped 😞
1
Nah, just scared... the warm road is why the snake was there in the 1st place...

people are worse! we destroy everything, including vital habitat, we kill all wildlife and flora/forests, we have ruined over 60% of the planet, we have no empathy for our fellow Earthlings
1
There are actual fossils of this happening, millions of yeas ago... animals get stuck in mud and cannot escape! In millions of years from now, people will still just know,,, animals got stuck in the mud! 😆
1
That is terrible, I feel sorry for wildlife that is killed by domestic pets. My dog killed a critically endangered ringtail possum (a marsupial, pouched like a kangaroo, I am in SW western Australia) I had to have him sleep inside from then on, these marsupials are nocturnal
1
Sooo funny, the big doofus

Wild animals don't generally die from old age...
