  2.  The Crow  ~ no way! They eat rats and mice, other feral pests. They are a farmers friend. Also an important part of the ecology in a healthy environment.

  3. The zebra went quietly, they are usually very vocal animals... I believe some sort of shock sets in too I could hear fellow zebras in the background Also if you think this was a "cruel" zebra death, check out the crocodiles 🐊 catching them during migration, their faces can be torn off and they last longer than this (hyena death)

  5. Only around 25,000 African lions left...(400,000 African lions in 1950's, 200,000 left in 1970's) now 25,000, at most... the Chinese want their body parts now (especially their bones) all tigers are GONE! They are a DOOMED species, as China now 'owns' Africa...look it up 😞

  13. @Don Espoleto ~ exactly! Some venomous snakes have deadly venom, 1 bite enough to kill many humans, of course, humans are NOT on the list of a small snakes prey, only a defense mechanism. So when a snake bites a prey animal, it is almost instantaneous death...venomous snakes kill in a very 'humane' (😂) way...

  20. a big female! the girls are bigger than the males in a spotted hyena clan, also the boss! unusual in a mammal society, hyenas have a lot of bizarre qualities, I love them 😊

  22. Leopards eat the 'guts' first. The liver, kidneys, heart, stomach etc. are the most nutritious parts. No leopard is gonna leave the best bits for the hyenas. The hyenas also eat the insides first. These animals know what they're doing.

  26. These 2 again!? This must be the 5th different video I've seen of them squabbling over food... the hyena is generally too powerful and wins the battle over the carcass, unless there is a big tree nearby... I like watching these 2...

  27. @Issu The Red Panda ~ dream on, the hoof is about to fall off, this poor wildebeest will NEVER be able to keep up with it's herd, terrible breaks along his leg, but the hoof? damaged beyond repair... if a pet horse has a broken leg? Or even a damaged hock... It is generally humanely 'put to sleep' let alone a wild antelope like a gnu (wildebeest) this animal has no chance of recovery, where? The herd is on the move, this is a migration...the massive herds cannot stop for 1 gnu, to "heal" life goes on! This poor gnu would have been singled out and eaten within 2 days! I hope the carnivores had a good meal and fed their young, it really is 'survival of the fittest' 😞

  30. @mikewayne9845  Not to a leopard. An adult female spotted hyena is bigger than a leopard. They can easily defeat a leopard but don't take my word for it. There are heaps of videos of them online. A leopard cannot afford a bite from a hyena, especially on the leg & that's where hyenas target if they fight.

  31. ~ ahaha they are very good at climbing trees though...some idiot claimed that a spotted hyena cannot jump 2 inches 🤣🤣 I have seen them jump 4 - 5 feet onto the back of Kevin Richardson's ute! (a utility vehicle) these animals, hyenas are incredibly intelligent and fit etc. a hyena has incredible stamina, they can run and run all day, they often cover 20 - 30+ km in one day! The SH is NOT a 'scavenger' either... but a very capable hunter, they catch/kill over 85% of their own food, lions steal from SH FAR more often...the African lion only catches 15 - 20% of it's kill attempts 😞 doesn't matter, they are very good at driving away/stealing from the spotted hyena, it's all nature though, but I dislike the lies... a lion is a wonderful animal BUT there are less African lions than there are spotted hyenas right now! Only about 25,000 African lions left...30,000 SH left 😭 there were 400,000 lions in the '50's. 200,000 in the 70's... but because of the lack of tigers...the Chinese now like to use lion bones/body parts instead 😥 sorry but look it up, (at your own risk, but by not looking doesn't mean it's not happening😞) it is NOT a secret... our poor fellow Earthlings, personally...I am devastated, I LOVE wild animals

  34.  @CrazyIshan69  - very unusual, a full grown female spotted hyena is slightly bigger than a full grown leopard, some can be about the same The leopard can attack ferociously but the hyena bite is so painful it lets go instantaneously, they have a bone crushing bite force, a leopard could possibly fight off two juvenile male spotted hyenas? but not a massive female spotted hyena.

  36. Hyenas excel at food based problem solving. I too, believe that hyenas have extreme intelligence like elephants, crows, bees and octopus. But porpoises and apes are on another level.

  40. Well you can see how hyenas can steal from cheetahs? Lions could come along any second and steal it for the second time! They have to eat quickly because they ALL steal from each other!

  43. @daginezho1637  Hyenas are not ugly mfz. They are amazing & far more interesting than any cat. They are also highly intelligent, up there with elephants, octopus & bees etc. Very smart animals. They'd have finished this buffalo & left by the time these lions pulled it down. Lions are always eating their prey alive, too. It can take over 30+ minutes to fully suffocate a zebra, wildebeest or buffalo etc. Meanwhile the back end of it is being scoffed into by the rest of the pride. Lions are no better than hyenas or hunting dogs when it comes to their eating habits, just slower cos they gotta chew pieces of flesh off as they can't rip big chunks off like the hyenas or dogs, which have serious jaw power, indeed.
