  1. What’s in our books is demonstrably true; proposed alternatives have been demonstrated to be false. A claim being different does not make it true, especially when it is demonstrably false. We are still waiting on FE’ers to produce their super-duper evidence rather than just repeating the same old claims that are reliant on ignorance & incredulity.

  4. There is abundant evidence for evolution. A scientific theory is a comprehensive explanation for a natural phenomenon that is well substantiated by extensive experimentation and observation. It is not a guess or hunch; that is the vernacular meaning of theory.

  5.  @windupmerchant1679  They use the wrong maths to calculate the distance to the horizon, leading to a significant gap between their calculated horizon and the actual horizon. They zoom back into view boats that are in that gap. They never watch to see objects (eg ships, the sun) passing over the actual horizon it try to zoom those back into view. Presumably some have tried zooming the set sun back into view but none have demonstrated success.

  11. What inconsistencies? When FE’ers actually manage to consider a globe shape they tend to unwittingly envisage a circumference of only 25 miles (or even less). There’s been a few who have concluded the globe would work if it was orders of magnitude larger than what they are envisaging then proclaim thus evidence of lands beyond Antarctica.

  14. The stars are very very distant and moving in the same general direction as the sun as the galaxy rotates. FE’ers use the wrong maths and ignore factors like elevation & atmospheric refraction. If you use the correct maths and take all the factors into account then it works. Jubilee edited out most of what was said, hence the choppy presentation.

Mass is not a force. Density is not a force. Buoyant force is dependent on gravity; when gravity = 0 then buoyant force = 0. No gravity = no force.

Nobody is stopping any if you chartering a ship; why haven’t any if you tried it. You can deduce the shape of the Earth from the motion if the sun, horizons, angle to Polaris matching latitude, two celestial poles and constellations changing with latitude. No FE explanation forthcoming how They are manipulating sun & stars, just cries of “don’t look up”.
