Why do you think the government are doing so little about what is happening in the middle east? They want the only opposition totally wiped out.
1
The big reason you have nbmet anyone who regrets not having been vaccinated is that they are dead or got done after they recovered from covid. Would you regret not having a tetanus vaccine if you caught it? It seems that quite a few people are with a worrying number dying.

Much as I loathe Costa and all the other rip-off trendy coffee shops and have contempt for the snobs and posers who frequent them, I have 3 thoughts about this rubbish cartoon character (that looks like it was drawn by a 7 year old): 1. The people complaining about it are no better than the wokes who seem to enjoy being offended. 2. The people reading something into the cartoon are like the pretentious idiots who see the "meaning" in modern art that looks like it was drawn by a 7 year old (before you say anything, I have 2 very expensive original modern art paintings but they are way above the rubbish I am talking about). 3. The whole "scandal" is actually the work of a rival company out to discredit Costa.

Why don't some Patriots have a weekend in France with Stanley knives and help the French out? That or thugs on jetskis?

Doctors no longer daring to suggest that SADS is a real condition and prior to 2019 was killing 500+ apparently fit and healthy people typically aged 20 to 40. We are only hearing about these deaths because of social media and panic mongers. It is a bit like the French not recording deaths from heart attacks correctly as the don't want to spoil the myth that red wine is good for you!

@wasidanatsali6374 Two less useless wastes of space in the world - Result!
1
@rumblefish3290 No, a blessing in disguise!
1
It has finally dawned on me why this is happening. Something really serious is due to happen, I had forgotten about the details of a meteorite that "was passing close to earth " that came to light some 20 or 30 years ago due to happen shortly. The reason for the so called " triall" is to identify those who are worth saving, ie those who leave the alarm on.

Fear is a weapon used against ordinary people. If we had not succumbed to fear in 1939 maybe the two current wars would not be happening as Israel would not be the place it is now and nor would Russia.
1
And hopefully paying the price?
1
@michaelpcoffee There is a difference between prosperity and the likes of Sunak and his mates. There seems to be something wrong with the world if someone can pay £200K for a short joyride, and don't tell me about the trickle down effect because it is too slow. The proper trickle down effect is what happened due to the Coronation of our King. Thousands of ordinary people getting paid to work and for various goods and services and (nearly) every one of them paying taxes. Do you believe the likes of Musk and Gates are prosperous?
1
@idlehands1864 I agree in a way, particularly in the case of war graves, but somehow the Titanic (and the sites of any big disaster for that matter) seems a bit different. It might be that the loss of life on the Titanic was largely the result of greed if you look into the incident in depth.
1
@technoir2584 Space exploration (manned) is largely an ego trip for the nations involved. It is all about being the first etc.
1
@DuelistWave You are quite right in saying that not every rich person is evil, but it all depends how they became rich. How do you place Gates or Musk or the bosses of some of the more dubious companies?
1
GaijinGamerGirl I didn't realise that girls (assuming you were born one) have the same needs as guys with small winkles to own big dogs and cars.
1
@dating6016 And a car that can do 3x the speed limit in the UK?
1
Get some football thugs over to France with stanley knives to slash the dinghies. They would do it for beer money and have a great time.
1
@Geoff-n1d Actually it had a much more meaningful religion before the Romans (who had previously enslaved us) forced their new found religion on us as a way of controlling us further.
1
@TheSithari7 Totally with you on that. It seems people have become so pathetic these days that they need to get upset about anything they can. To me this advert is just very tongue in cheek and taking the mickey.
1
@HoofHearted314 I would brand people who got upset by this advert as pathetic losers like the lot who thought the Little Britain sketches were racist.
1
@Scripture-Man Lots of interesting points you raise, but Santa was originally Saint Nicholas, patron saint of thieves and whores.
1
@@LordOfTheCats-ok3nj I live too far west and although something needs to be done, as a regular water user (sailing) it is very much against the accepted rules of the sea to deliberately endanger another user because you would not want it happening to you. Similarly, it is one of those unwritten rules that you should try to rescue anyone in peril on the water if you can do safely. There is however a whole new generation of PWC users who have little care for anyone else!

Colour is only skin deep after all? It is just that some people are very thick skinned!
1
The threat of nuclear war is getting more real every day with the Ukraine situation and that big lump of rock hanging of the Canaries is long overdue to break away and the tsunami it will cause will devastate much of the country. We have had some pretty extreme weather conditions over the last few years. The only people who seem to be scared of this alarm / warning system are the very ones saying it is going to be used to keep us scared.
1
He is someone known to promote disregard for the law of the land in so many of his videos!
1
@alansalter1836 By nice do you mean somewhat patronising and while he might have learned a lot from others about history etc, that doesn't make him clever!
1
@MrRicardo11 I have watched quite a few of his videos and at first, a lot of what he was saying seemed ok but gradually he became more extreme in his opinions, like many of his kind do on here. That comes from his tv presenter training and is about trying to win viewers which is exactly what the BBC are doing in their own (misguided, accountant driven) way. He still makes a lot of sense some of the time but he now has his followers (like yourself) who hang on his every word and won't accept that anyone dare to challenge him. I have noticed him getting much more provocative to the point of suggesting mass disobedience in effect. There was a famous guy a while back who won over the hearts of the masses and got elected- any clues?
1
Everyone needs to see Russell Bertrand talking about religion and fear from 1927. It might give you a clue.

A months worth of rain in Scotland is about the same as a year's worth in England.
1
@neilcarpenter2669 You are only saying one side of a story. It appears that he has done nothing wrong legally and although not something I would do, what actually is wrong. When you know that the Sun is involved, money is what comes to mind and an attack on the BBC. The little scum bag allegedly continued to benefit from the "arrangement" for 4 years apparently but I guess the money started to dry up so he thought he would blackmail and get some compensation. Too much of this sort of thing is happening these days. There were even people jumping on the Saville bandwagon to try and get compensation when they could not have been affected.
1
@sidpheasant7585 Did you know that the Muslims believe in Jesus and one true god?
1
@johnsmithers8913 You describe some of those from a particular religion very well there.
1
@sidpheasant7585 Which makes it all the more stupid that both religions have been trying to destroy eachother for so long. Mind you, you only have to see how the left footers and the right footers of one religion have persecuted eachother over the centuries to see how stupid mankind can be. Bertrand Russell had a lot to say about religion and the middle east.
1
@kennethslade8468 4x2s do you mean?
1
@sidpheasant7585 If that is what you are happy with, so be it. However I am of a very logical mindset and cannot see good in anything that has been used for bad purposes.
1
Racoons are not native animals so I suspect that it might have been a borrowed American advert. I am surprised that no one has complained that they find the common abbreviation of racoon offensive.

Anyone remember when the government banned handguns following a single incident caused by police incompetence (actually corruption). No handgun ever killed anyone without human input. These dogs were bred as a dangerous animal and are often owners by dangerous people as status symbols. They are not nice dogs like maybe a labrador or retriever.
1
I see no ships, only hardships as the great man is supposed to have said.
1
It doesn't really matter as there are eye witness accounts of the darker gent attacking people. It might be put down to terrorism because technically it might count as that, but he is just a nutter like most of them.
1
@theunionofjackbeanie2464 Strange thoughts!
1
@N17-o2r What on earth are you on about, do you think that it is all fake news being put out by the giant lizard people to control our minds or some other crazy notion?
1
Are there any real and genuine figures about the situation in the UK? If it is going on anywhere else in the world then it is up to people to name the countries and let people boycott their products.
1
Anyone remember the "novelty song" that went something like "guns don't kill people, rap does"?
1
This climate fear rubbish is classis capitalism. It is simply a marketing tool for things we don't need.
1
Good with food has to his best ever line (and is probably the most lucrative one).
1
seekingenlightenment9685 He was employed by the BBC for years, sold out for food adverts, has a net worth way more than most could dream of. Perhaps he would do well in politics, after all, you don't have to keep your promises or even try to achieve what you say you want to.
1
What really gets me about these dodgy, pikey, till dipping tax evaders who seem stuck in the last century is the way they will blast past you at twice the speed limit, push in front of you at the petrol pump then take forever filling their willy substitutes before waddling their bloated bodies to the counter to pay with their grubby notes in the time most sensible people would have filled up, paid at the pump and been home. What makes it even worse is that I suspect half of them are not taxed or insured and / or are banned from diving!
1
One thing all this malarky has revealed is just how much money Farage has made from his politics. Bit like all the other politicians which to me (as a Brexiteer) makes me think he may be just as trustworthy.
1
Anyone remember when our government promised that by removing handguns from decent law abiding people the country would be a safer place.?
