  13. If you cut on regulations then it will become even more unsafe. Rationally if some need to build a bunker around the reactor just to secure it if it blows up, then it will cost a ton of money. For a nuclear reactor it takes 30 years to break even with a gasturbine, if we calculate with the capital investment it requires.Reinforced concrete by itself is expensive. And if some blows off in the middle of an industrial hub city, so it has to be evacuated forever, that will cost more than the whole energy infrastructure combined.

  16. No dear we wont export anything. We will ditch the US dollar, and tarriff US stockmarket siphoning back investment into Europe. The Euro would be perfectly fine as the world reserve currency, and we have a big enough market to be self sustaining.

  28. Theres food inflation which means farmers earn enough without subsidies already. It can go. BTW I dont understand this tax cut on diesel. I as a driver would welcome a tax cut on diesel, why should I pay their costs. Why do they need a tractor for every 10 hectares, why dont they team up for one? And this isnt about food security, since 40% of their products go to biofuels. If you want food then grow food, not use it to make biodiesel and ethanol. I can tell ya why they are so upset. They bought out all the corn and wheat after the drought in 2021 and sat on it for half a year, and speculated that prices will go up, thatswhy the food inflation started even before the war in Ukraine, but the Ukrainian grain flooded the market and their speculation wasnt as lucrative as they expecetd it to be. They didnt want to save Europe from a food crysis, they wanted to cause one and profit on it, because farmers are as capitalists when it comes to their business as anyone else.

  31. In theory yes, in practice Baltic states are simply not strategically important. Yes Russia attacks them and occupies them so what, he cant go anywhere from there. If he attacks Poland or Romania, he can reach Germany France, Italy, Spain, and the heartland of Europe. Thatswhy fortifying the baltics and fighting the decisive battle there is a mundane idea.   38. Ok to be more precise there are two type of renewables which are unaffected, Hydro dams, and Geothermal, but most of the suitable hydro locations are already utilized in Europe, and green people don't like fracking for geothermal.
