Most of them are alive if ICC is interested, they can be catched. Well there is a small problem, according to US laws, if any of their war criminals is transported to the Hague, they have to declare war against the Netherlands and free the indicted. None of those were authorized by the UN, so by legal terms those are as much agressions as what Russia is doing in Ukraine now. So which US or EU president goes to jail for that? You basically made the Hague a kangaroo court puppeteered by the very minority of some nations, while 6 billion people are just laughing at it. Kissinger is making lectures in Hague, where he should have some prisontime for bombing of Cambodia and for the Pinochet regime. Ok that was the Cold war, you had to make some measures to counter communism, but when you were the sole strongest nation on Earth in the 2000's you didn't have any excuse.

Putin's best move was that he evacuated civilians from warzone. We all know how it looks like, that the UN is some rich kids playground, and the ICC is some kind of western kangaroo court to punish their enemies while whitewashing their friends. Or we can play the realists, but then Russia had its reasons to invade Ukraine before Americans could arm them to be a potential hazard in their borders, they constantly told this from 2008 and everybody knew this will lead to war. But we cant do both, because thats hypocritical.

If there would be any political will for that, then they can find the ones who could form a correct jury. Also the world has enough power not just to put pressure on Serbia or Russia, it has enough power to put pressure on the US to extradite its criminals, if there is any political will to do that. Then they will understand that there is no such thing as "bening hegemon", and they are not above the law. Sure if Putin is guilty, then extradite him as well, on equal grounds. Thats an absolute must if someone thinks seriously this rule based world order, otherwise its just plain BS. And we have to be frank about the Ukrainians as well. European Comission was full of their nationalistic attrocities, and if the Americans wouldnt defended them they would be ostracized long ago because of their violations of basic human rights. Yes Putin has his sh.t too, that doesn't make Ukrainians innocent, especially, since they don't just do these things to Russians.

Sanctions doesn't work currently because they aren't seen by the majority as righteous, but noone, not a single country can go against a total worldwide lockdown.

If you think thats normal when the Azov bataillon retreats to Mariupol theatre surrounded by children and shooting from behind their backs, then you are wrong.

  44. ​ @panzerblitz2140  Well, according to my knowledge, these programs started way back in 2014 in the Donbas and ongoing, all of those children transported back since, and they are a little bit secretive, because if Ukrainians would know which children took part in such evacuations, they would be accused by Ukraine with high treason. There is an excellent documentary about it in the Grayzone. Just watch it.

Literally, the Yale researchers, on whose report is the whole case is based on admitted it that they searched internet news sites only. Its a sham not real evidence. They didn't even asked Russian officials to visit these places or interview any possible victim in Ukraine or Russia. ICC is really a political front for western interests.
