@IamCree I'm not the one with the problem, most of everyone else has the problem. It's called being ugly but not having the funds to fix it and instead brainwashing themselves that that's just fine. And life isn't THAT much more difficult. I just avoid ugly people the same way most avoid landfills, paper mills, sewage treatment plants, EPA superfund sites, etc. As far as calling some one else revolting, I call things as I see them. Unlike most I tend to be brutally honest. And I usually don't even give my honest opinion when it's not asked for and in this instance I would have just moved on to the next video/comment thread after the initial dumped comment, but then whiners that shouldn't have given that much of a shit of about stupid words on a screen decided to make a big deal about it when in fact it isn't a big deal (pro tip: if a sentence on the internet annoys you, assume it was typed/posted by a chat bot, half the time that's a safe assumption and it's stupid to get mad at a disembodied AI).
2
@IamCree yup, responsibility is for those too dumb to figure out a way to pass the buck so are stuck with it.
2
@wonhosthigh265 Key word is "sometimes, but still gross, whatever the cause. If it weren't laser treatments for it wouldn't exist. Besides that, you're late to the party, 50 others before you already said that.
2
@tianamcfarlane8485 everyone is racist, the only difference is how much and how open they are about it, get over it. I don't mind dark meat, as long as they are not ugly (rarer for black women).
2
@meiyou-ren As long as people like you keep necroing this thread so will I with responses to it when I see it in my notifications. And the key word is almost. Not everybody has stretch marks, that's a fact because I've been with a few that didn't. I honestly could barely care less about stupid words on a screen THAT much, so I find the "bullshit" rather funny. People have preferences, that's never gonna change. If someone out there doesn't like tailbones then I'm not gonna argue with them or get all pissed off over it. Scratch my head and wonder for a minute maybe but then shrug and move on. As far as touching grass, seems to me you should follow your own advice, considering how much time you wasted just scrolling through 360+ comments.
2
@tianamcfarlane8485 it's not putting my issues onto other people. It's logic 101. If I don't want to see them on me why would I want to see them on someone else? That also applies with fat, moles, warts, or anything else people generally find unattractive.
2
@tianamcfarlane8485 oh ok, you're one of those superstitious nuts that have been saying that for thousands of years. Well, still waiting for it so where is it? If it does ever happen it will be after I'm long dead anyway and it will probably be human-caused (most likely Earth turning into gradually Venus over a few thousand years or similar catastrophe), not from some angry gods. Those aren't real and only exist in people's heads, and afterlives are probably only wishful thinking as well, so no such thing as judgement day either.
2
@SEIKE /shrug you get used to it (current stretch is 15 years single, fine with remaining so for the next 50 or even 100, being a dirty old man that does models only like Hugh Hefner is actually one of my life goals). Besides that I'd rather be occasionally lonely than perpetually annoyed because I'm stuck with someone I'm not attracted to if I had to pick between those 2 choices, that's how abusive and toxic relationships happen (been there, done that = too much drama for my liking).
2
@SEIKE /shrug not everyone needs or even wants a permamnent gf/bf, believe it or not. Not everyone prioritizes that as a life goal. Not everyone even believes in monogamy or that humans were meant to be monogamous. Not everyone likes watching their own back and someone else's too. And you already know this, you've admitted that. And I probably am a psychopath, so what, I consider that a strength rather than a weakness. It's a practically a required trait of most corporate CEO's, otherwise they don't attain that position or if they do don't keep it for long.
2
@meiyou-ren Here's the thing: I agree with eugenics 100%. The world is overcrowded and getting worse. I say breed out (the most humane/politically acceptable way to do it) ugly people as a first order reduction and see who's next until 1B are left worldwide after stupid people are gone after the 2nd round, then require licences to reproduce, handed out in limited numbers annually to maintain that 1B. If only I were world dictator, but I've never had a nack for politics (I'm a terrible liar). Maybe a UN politician with those views will take charge at some point.
2
@SEIKE Probably, if the universe just turns out to be a simulation.
2
@cc_namaste I actually wasn't trolling in the beginning, but the oversensitive, limp-wristed social workers in the crowd make it too easy and really should just go back to twitter with the rest of the snowflakes.
2
@kurogikuzuzuki9790 oh well, I still find it amusing. If they want to hate me they can go right ahead, I honestly couldn't care less about of bunch of people I will probably never even meet in real life anyway and that could possibly just be chat bots (pro tip: it's stupid to get pissed at chat bots).
2
@BrownieCaikes and I suggest you learn about stretch mark laser treatments.
2
@girl-fromthemoon I was actually referring to his personality similarities to mine (he's the guy that "doesn't give autographs to ugly chicks" and only dates models, I wouldn't either if I was a famous celebrity). He probably covered his stretch marks with tatoos, if he had any. Only reason I brought him up at all besides that was because people act like I'm the only picky guy in existence and he is just another example, probably among a few million others worldwide. As far as only you getting to see his stretch marks, that's just what you hope. Statistics says that's a foolish and false hope, especially as time goes on after 5 years. Another similar trait between me and Adam Levine: we both think that humans were never meant to be monogamous, at least in the long term.
2
@ineffablemars lol apparently not that bad of a troll, if I was even trolling. 420+ replies. If I was that horrible people would just ignore me after the first comment (as they should have if they didn't have more issues than me and Rolling Stone both and got triggered) and this thread would have ended 2 weeks ago at 10 replies. Trust me, if I was in full-on troll mode I'd be getting FBI vists due to all the suicides I caused and hanging out mostly on 4-Chan.
2
Regular Gamer Keep telling yourself that delusional shit if it makes you feel better I guess.
2
@hansikarautela9839 I know right? This is more durable than that the lovechild of Timex and the Energizer Bunny. 2 weeks later and still tickin'.
2
@hansikarautela9839 Eh I seldom get bored anymore. I had my fill of bored when I was a kid and the internet was mostly just USENET and meant for hardcore nerds only.
2
@autumnstory7856 someone doesn't know how to set up a laser treatment appointment.
2
@smallfurball or just hate themselves. That's what I did before I had them removed. As far as student debt, college is a waste of money these days. You will literally lose more than you gain in increased wages. Most jobs will be automated by the time you graduate anyway (particularly for 6 or 8-year degrees) with the rest 100 applicants for every position, but that's a whole other can of worms.
2
@nyc9721 lol made you scroll for 20 minutes, so mission accomplished. And it's not about announcing my preferences over and over. It's about pointing out how stupidly oversensitive the majority of everyone is. Get over it. Seriously, no one should give even half a shit about what amounts to just a bunch words on a screen or what someone's or an AI/chatbot's opinion is. All over what was initially a semi-joke (that also just happens to be my preference).
2
@michellebyrom6551 yup, if only everyone were drops of chlorine.
2
@valentinacane8533 Where's the "pressure" coming from? No one is holding a gun to your head telling you that you have to fit my (or anyone else's) list of preferences. You're still free just to stay single and eventually just be a crazy old cat lady, or just find one of a billion guys so desperate that they have no standards and will even Netflix and chill with a fat alcoholic prostitute with a list of STD's along with a flesh-eating disease (I'd recommend the cats).
2
@LAST WILL BE THE FIRST it's just subdermal ink, not some spell. This isn't 1692 anymore.
2
@yurimessiah /shrug When people get salty over things that shouldn't matter to them (like some random guy they don't even know's opinions about what he finds attractive and doesn't) I throw the salt right back at them.
2
@70sman That means 30% don't. 1 in 3, sounds about right.
2
@b.w.98 It's ugly to me. Everything is ugly to somebody, get over it.
2
@lexie5571 I guess you're into zebras. Have at it.
2
@lexie5571 30% don't (I thought that was anecdotal but I guess that's also a scientific figure). I wouldn't exactly call 70% "almost everyone".
2
@89visionartistry89 Don't worry, I shoot blanks since I never want to have kids. As one above me said before how do you know everyone has stretch marks? Did you see everyone naked and confirmed that? I can confirm that not everyone does. For the rest there's laser treatments. Or, you know, simply settling for one that has lower standards like some do. As far as humor, it's not my fault you lack a sense of one (or gave so much of a shit about what other people think of you that you gave yourself mental issues/ED's). It seems over 300 others disagree with you, otherwise why would they leave a like? Finally, after a week of silence I thought this thread could finally be allowed to rest in peace, then you come along and necro it. Good job.
2
@mycommentisgonnaruinyourday122 Nope, not closeted.
2
I wonder why Koolance and others don't start adapting and selling human hearts for PC watercooling. That seems more efficient than the 52 W it takes the pump I have to pump just 20L a min max.
2
2.09 eh nothing some SF6 or Xenon gas huffing can't fix. Though in the long term prob safer and cheaper to just get some elective surgery done on your vocal cords. Or have an electronic voice changer surgically installed like a pace maker.
2
1:33 Imagine you fell down so hard that instead of a stinging, slightly bleeding abrasion that actually happened. Ouch.
2
@icydeath1993 Apparently need to change silly pointless outdated laws, problem solved. Ie: you lose all rights to your relatives' corpses once they are dead and after the funeral, ban cremations and burials without good medical reason (eg contagious disease was cause of death), only legal way to dispose of a corpse is donate to medical science after the funeral (if any), etc. There's literally 170,000+ fresh corpses made around the world every day, all the causes of shortages are artificial/legal ones. Hell county coroners get to have their way during autopsies, dunno why a medical school can't get their turn after the family is done with them after the funeral. Hell if need be simply legalize grave robbing and bring back bounties on fresh corpses like in the 1800's.The needs of the many outweigh the selfish superstition-based wants of the few.
2
@wimschmied3800 what's right and wrong are matters of opinion. Majority opinions are still just opinions. People are generally oversentimental dumbasses when it comes to corpses, that should be automatic state property after death (call it part of the death tax) and the relatives have said their goodbyes at the funeral. Advancing medical science should be a priority rather than in effect just feeding it to worms and catering to illogical sentimentalism over what is an object rather than a person after they are dead.
2
@wimschmied3800 It's an opinion in all cases by definition. There is no such thing as universal right or wrong no more than there's a universal time everyone in the universe can set their watch to. Opinions change just like the concept of right or wrong. Go back far enough (actualy just a couple thousand years) and abandoning a newborn to die in the woods that was considered defective (even just for the silly reason because an oracle said so) was just another normal event that no one blinked an eye at. If someone was raped then it was their fault for not being able to beat the crap out of or killing their would-be rapist and preventing it. It's easy enough to draw the line in law between profit and nonprofit science or anything else, it happens all the time. And in my opinion there's too many hurdles in the advancment of science, lack of corpses due to laws based on silly/outdated/superstitious reasons is just one of them, and the fact that science is a relatively recent thing is the source of the world's problems (imagine where we'd be now if the religion and widespread illiteracy of the Dark Ages after Rome fell never happened considering the pyramids were built 4500 years ago).
2
I still don't understand why laws like those passed in the UK back in 1832 don't still stand. Donating bodies shouldn't be optional after you are already dead and should be considered state property after the funeral. Simply letting them do nothing but rot in the ground while letting Medfical school shortages happen is what should be illegal. Dunno why they don't lobby the gov't to make that happen instead of beg for corpse donations.
2
@xklvi5646 That's true while you are alive, but after you are dead it's not going to make a bit of difference to you, being not just unconscious but dead. It doesn't matter what happens to your corpse after that, whether fed to worms, cremated, or dissected you aren't going to notice or even be aware of it. Considering that it's stupid to be wasteful and use it to feed worms instead of teaching the next generation of medical students that definitely should be outlawed. That worked perfectly fine in the UK for over 120 years (if you died and left unpaid debts your corpse was sold to medical schools with those you owed getting the money, but technically the gov't owned corpses).
2
Ugh just watching this is making me feel like I've been kicked in the nuts. I think I'll just keep doing what I've been doing and simply never have sex, painless and doesn't cost a thing.
2
Was expecting to see human eyes bounce. So disappointed.
2
$300 a year? WIth prices like that it's why I got rid of cable tv. Still cheaper than going to college to learn I guess.
2
@katydid1600 Still, it will not matter to you what happens to it after you are dead. I could dig it up and eat it and you will not notice or care, being more than just unconscious at that point. Consider even just being simply unconscious is enough for a surgeon to cut you and remove your organs or other surgery without you noticing until you regain consciousness. Dead = you will never regain it so will never notice. Might as well let the living make use of it in various ways instead of letting it go to waste, legal mandate that if necessary.
2
@Luke20_05 If you've ever get general anesthetized for surgery ( I have 2x) it's the same thing, only you don't wake up. You aren't going to notice either way.
2
@Luke20_05 Nope. I had my gallbladder and appendix removed and some other parts. If I had just stayed unconscious/died I would have never noticed or cared what they did.
2
That's called a bad day.
2
I still think corpse donations to medical science shouldn't be optional. Allowing them to be fed to worms should be the crime.
2
@kgkbuugj yes. After you are dead you won't be aware of what's done with your corpse regardless, being nonexistent at that point and all. Whether dissected by a new generation of med students or sodomized by a gang of m/i/d/g/e/t/s for a Dark Web porno or burned to ashes or 1000 other things done to it. Might as well be useful one last time.
2
@Supervhizor After you are dead why does it matter? I hope the law is changed the day after you are buried and is retroactive so gets dug up for medical use while it's still fresh. Sure, when still alive you should l get the final say on what you do with or put in your own body, but after you are dead the gov't should have the final say (with medical research being the default), for the simple reason at the point you obviously will not be using or needing it anymore.
