  1. From a women's POV (self), the man suppose to bring in the flow of cash. If that flow of cash runs out (lay off, etc), the women starts to feel anxious. And after 2-4 months, when the man still doesn't find work, she assume he is lazy. When the man does find a job, she will say, it is too low. Basically, men can NEVER satify a women. Those CEO husands with houses, cars, huge cash flow, tall and handsome are no different. THeir woman will complain and say, he spend too much time in the office or spends more time eaerning money than being with family. U see guys, it is so hard to satisty them. They will always find something to complain. And most of us, take their abuse by biting our tongue. But when we criticize them, ALL HELL BREAKS LOSE! WTF

  2. The problem is, with bribe price and those women have education, they DON"T serve the women's family. They go to work and do minimal housework. So there is no value for the man's family. The man's family wants a housemaid wife, not a career women. By having a career women in the man's family, then what is the point for the man to work. These Chinese women claim to be traditional, by accepting bribe price, but do not accept their role as a homemarker.

  5. These well establish, financial stable Chinese men are NOT lame. They don't want a highly educated partner. Chinese men want a partner that is obedient; a home marker, raise children, take care of the elderly. Chinese woman want a man to be a provider. If you are single, 35 yrs old and a 25< is interested in you and ask you out, wants to get to know you. Are you saying, you will reject her, reject these beautiful Chinese girl, who are not 25 yrs old yet? Yes, they might be gold digging. But if one is smart, one can detect it early on.

Even if her husband earns 20k (which is almost equal to a first yr expat eacher in China as a foreigener), she will not be satified after a few months, as she continuously wants to compare to the next family who's husband is making 30k rmb per month. So will NEVER be satified. I make over 700k rmb a yr, after tax, and my wife is MORE than satified. Yet, I still want to earn more! ANd my wife say, no need! TOld me, no need to work so hard for more! The most satisfing part is free tution for our child!

Opening a business that become unsuccess can drain one's saving including parents. Too much risk! I too started a business, but it has zero cost. Tutoring.

  27. This may be true for Chinese living in China, but not for foreigners (including ABC, CBC and etc). Foreigners in China are always valuable and desirable, especially in the education sector. Foreign teachers vs Chinese teacher have the same number of classes, receive much more in salary, benefits and etc. The only benefit that foreigners don't get is pension. But we get air and housing allowance, which they do not get. Air and housing allowance is worth more than their yearly pension.

  29. If the husband (in China), needs the wife to earn money, it is because the husband can't earn enough to support the family. So, if the husband's salary isn't enough, he should look for a higher paying job and not give stress to the wife, as the wife has to take care of the children. As a man, my job is to make sure l earn enough money for the whole family, so the wife doesn't need to. If the man can't earn enough...hmmm...he can take part time job as a delivery man. In my opinion, for me, l would never demand my wife to find a job, just to support the family. After all, the man is the man of the house, he should be the man income earner. If he needs the wife's help (salary)...he isn't fullfilling his duties. But that is just me.

  30. Having a daughter is better than having a son. For sons in China, the parent has to buy a house to get future wife. This is a requirement for marriage. Having a daughter, it is NOT a requirement, rather it is option. Daughter's education is optional. Having a daughter will little to no education can still get married young and beautiful. A man with little or no education, becomes a left over.

Morgage is a death trap. By having a mortage, one becomes the slave for the bank, until it is paid off. After paying it off, the total housing price with interest doubled than the purchasing price.

So both countries are getting benefits. Furthermore, there is obviously a political motive. For example, giving hugh scholarships (free education, free...) to African student. Officials want to show the African govt that CHina is generous to their people. As a result, they want something in return. When it comes to trade talks with African govt, ther eis no doubt that official will say: we gave hugh scholarship to your people, now return the favor.

  46. At the match making corners in CHina, it is women who are desperate and not men. THere are more women being advertised as left over goods than men. Successful men do not need to go to these market places because they know, all the ads are left overs. Successul men would just go to a university campus, dress up well and hold up a sign with his accomplishement such as job, salary, saving, cars and etc and a long line of uni students in 20s are lining up for his number. He is shopping at the new mall, new model cars everywhere. Whereas left over women are used/old/out of date goods. Why would an established man want out of date cars, when he can go to the uni campus and all cars are 10-23 yr olds.
