Safety sandals everyone...Safety sandals!

Give poor horse some food.

Rare footage of Mr. Spaceley's great great grandfather creating the companies first sprockets. Courtesy of Spacely Sprockets memorial footage..
24
welded on tool post is a first for me! welded in expander piece is a second first for me! using precision vernier as a chip clearer is a third first for me!

Excellent, he has every reason to be proud of his factory and skill.

ROFLMFAO....soooo do I have to pay extra for ALL the wrinkles/dents/creases in the new door skin? Or are they free of charge?
23
What amazes me is they all seem to have all their toes.
23
These videos have more advantages than disadvantages. Why, we now see things as they are
23
These people are afraid of no job! Well done! 💪 Greatings from Ukraine!
22
If everything continues as it is in the world, very soon this will be an everyday thing in developed countries.

Just to let you guys know, these dont go on cars normally. they typically go on trailers drawn by hand tractors which top out at about 30km/h. Just think, for that socio group, can they justify spending one months wage (around $60) to replace one tire on their hand tractors trailer?
22
Brilliant, Skilled heavy manual labour. Who'd have thought you could have all three in one job. I love it. Be nice to have overhead cranes or magnet hoists but hey, these guys get it done.
22
In mass production, even where the ‘line’ is human you must be aware that every step in the production is 1) adding value and 2) definite allocation (your material can no longer be used for something else). You will need to do everything to avoid rework. That is simply waisting time and value. When a stage in the proces is finished treat the product with respect, your fellow workers invested effort in the product, don throw it around, handle with care! We see workers on the buffing wheel. Buffing might be needed, the scratches made by throwing products on the floor can be avoided. For the rest of it. The factory looks clean and looks organised. Good job.

Love that they ended the video right at the spot where they did a shit job welding those plates in on the ring. All he had to do was back gouge the outside seem and it would have been a decent repair. But to leave it like they did and just weld over the top of a tight seem was just plain lazy and you can see the result. Be lucky if it doesn’t peal off that inner wheel like a tuna can lid. 🤦♂️

May god bless the great skill of these workers.☘️👍

FFS Grease those bearings that you layed in the dirt.....same job next week.

I'm impressed they're able to make reasonably good quality castings in a hole in the ground using scrap metal. 👍
18
I wonder what they sharpen those tool with, and what kind of accuracy they are able to maintain. In that environment I imagine any machine "ways" or tracks are worn to hell with the amount of dirt and dust in the air.

I have my Heartiest Best Wishes for these Hard and Intelligent Workers who are working in very Ordinary Conditions, I request to owner of this Business to Please put attention on their Safety as well , Like Proper Uniform, Helmets, Safety Gloves , Shoes and Spectacles etc. Thanks a Lot on Producing this Video.

18
Good to see they're all wearing their safety sandals and dressing gowns
17
Im so happy that there are still people that can make things with minimal tools. If world goes to shit they will last.
17
Adding more weight to an engine that will be overloaded anyway….
17
What the heck did they weld that small tool post on the side of the main tool post for? It achieves nothing that some spacers would do, and adds extra probability of chattering, which is what is happening. At 9:06, Allen key left in tool mount screw while running - dangerous.
17
These people solving technical problems without technical knowledge, safety of customer leave it to God
17
17
I guess I missed the part where the steel bar is hardened.........
16
16
I’ve seen it broken in tw, there’s no way to access the areas that need welding together. This may fool some but not all. You’d never trust it anyway even if they could somehow get inside to weld all the places that they missed.
16
16
Good job guys, from America.. 👍🏻
16
Thank you! I really like the long format video with so much detail!
15
Done my apprenticeship at lairds as a boilermaker welder and watched this in amazement, purely for the lack of protective gear. No boots, gauntlets or goggles for a job that could maim or kill you in a second. These lads were exceptional in their execution of the task, and the seasoned lads really kept an eye out for the labourers under their care. Hats off to them.
15
Super interesting educational step-by-step process, and without any music which would annoy me.
15
Interesting tool for agriculture 0:11 I think your worker has a spare eye if he's so bold as to use a welding machine without protection and what is even funniest is starting at 9:47 when the quality control came to check the hyometry with a hammer and a couple of sledgehammer blows to check the welding seams may not amuse us as a spectator
15
My grandfather, a 96-year-old man, worked all his life with irons, he has all the welding titles Friction welding. Roller welding, Electromagnet pulse welding, Co-extrusion welding, Cold welding. Diffusion welding. Exothermic welding. High frequency welding. When I showed him this video, he told me if you don't take those papers that are on the wall, I'm going to throw them in the trash and I took them as a souvenir. The old man was speechless when he saw this.
15
Impresionante!!! I want to go to Pakistan to meet all those skillfull men!
15
This is not hardworking.. This is cheated... Liar bussiness...
14
Great work guys. Somebody spent a lot of money on machinery and tooling. Another video where the boss tries to get his face in and has no idea. He jumped six feet when the spot welder threw out a spark. He had no idea but his ego had to make an appearance rather than just showing the real workers.
14
If you pull it by the end when it's bent you just jam it at the cylinder end you should have put the winch nearer to the cylinder so it was pulling at the straightest angle
14
14
Anyone criticizing the work conditions and else, or quality of the product should already know that these people working here dont earn in an year as much people in the west earn in a month for the same skills. Still, these people do it, because of poverty and a will to make living for themselves. Also the product itself is not substandard as its used widely in respective market hence the production is still going on.
