Great job! Thanks for the video. For all the negative commenters on safety, shop conditions, and the lack of new tools and equipment... anyone can manufacture with new modern machinery in a spotless shop. If they have new equipment they likely began on old equipment. Considerate to everything these fellows are incredibly talented. Keep up the great work! Best wishes for continued successes!

I would like to see one of these machines fully installed and working. I feel your videos always finish half way. I would like to see the whole process. Great skills! 💪🏼

What a great bus, i love your ingenuity 👍

Scary when smoking a cigarette is the least dangerous thing going on in the room

Featuring: the only 2 legal models of hammer in all of south east asia. The regular one, for everything, and the larger model, when the regular one is not enough

I’m a subscriber to this amazing channel because it shows great ingenuity. Unfortunately, here it appears that people are risking the insidious hazard of lead poisoning.

How long did it actually take to make the bucket? Great looking product, looks very professionally done.
13
Amazing..a plate steel bumper... And spraying with no mask protection....short life ahead.
13
4:38 they don't know about calculating expansion of the ring and shrinking it onto the yellow centre. But if it works then that's all that matters.
13
Sorry guys but I think it may have taken longer to make this repair, than the repair will last on the machine. Contact Mickey and Donald for some tips on fitting metal rings together. Good luck.
13
Their precision is killing me.
13
That poor horse, the open wounds and frail body. Why don't they just use the workers to pull these creations around. I hope that poor soul gets taken care of.
13
This will never be as good as it was before
13
There's nothing great about these videos. The working conditions are like a hundred years ago, but the product quality is worse. Back then, new steel was used, not scrap taken from ships, and everything was not roll in brown sand.
12
I love this vids but we NEEEEEEEEED to see the rest of the engine put back together and start and rev
12
Good job and the owner can be proud of it 👍
12
Well, that’s one way. Always amazing how much handwork is done there. Bumpers seem a bit light?? But that insures future sales.
12
12
Would be nasty breathing that dust all day.

12
That’s some pretty cool stuff going on there.
12
I don't think that's the same cylinder head at the end of the video... you can't see the "repair" on it.
12
Spend half the video getting that Lully off and then reassemble without grease, brilliant!
12
imagine what he could do if he wasn't using worn out machines and dull tooling
12
12
They wasted a good pile of shit
12
It won't work, it will leak everywhere. That's why they didn't show the rest once fixed. It is a high pressure hydraulic cylinder.
12
These always amaze me in some way or another.

I am Indian.. but pakisthaniye people vary hard working ...very good

I couldn’t imagine torching in flip flops, wait, yeah I can.

The comments from some people here are hilarious... you watch a master like this man on the internet you say crap about the fact it wouldn't meet your OEM requirement like this has to do with anything going on here... but if this guy was walking into your shop it's your pant you'd crap in! I took jewelry class and the best and most respected teacher went to Japan to get his apprenticeship done and learn how to get different metals with different melting points to interact together (it's the closest thing to actual alchemy you can do... seriously). This man has the palm of his hands like literal burnt leather and can remove a small silver ingot from the mold with his bare hands. He said to not do this tho because he lost a lot of feeling. But man he demonstrated it and there was a silence there... when you dedicate your life like this to a craft it's a whole other level. Here we may have all the safety equipment and easy machines but, partly as a result, we don't get the skills to back any of that gear up most of the time. And lack of skills is more dangerous than safety measures for people who haven't mastered something like this. Just saying.

Simply amazing! This is called "Engineering". Really no workds can appreciate the talent, devotion, and ingenius efforts, and experience put together to deliver function. I love this video.

The time it took to build that door is longer than a real factory build a complete car and a better car.

As a professional welder I want to send these guys some decent boots and leather cape and a legit welding helmet. Stick welding wearing man jammies and sandals😢 for those that want a debate about what a man is they should watch this video these dudes definitely know what they're doing and have built more than a few of these silos

I should think the majority of the workers are either deaf or suffering from some sort of lung damage such a ‘Silicosis'. The noise from the furnace will cause serious hearing damage and from heavy machinery. Not to mention the damage done to the immediate environment and further afield in the water supply.
