Super interesting, I appreciate that you credited everyone in the description, and that you put so much work putting ideas, art, and stories together to make a really cool video.

my great grandfather and his brother were both pioneers in the avocado industry. they were partly responsible for the popularization of it in the US in the 1900s. theres an avocado species named after them.

Yeah its pretty kewl how youtubers with small groups or by themselves can create great historical content that is way better than most of the stuff still shown on tv

You didn't mention the time that Constantinople was sacked the savage hordes of Lande Crabs.
78
I am constantly harassed by my friends because I enjoy pineapple on my pizza. I'm glad you are part of us.

I love how he pronounces his Patreons' names. Extra amount of detail like that is one of the surface things that makes FoL great!
76
yesyesyes byzantine HISTOORRY how LONG have i been WAITING for this MOMENT
76
Just in time! I’ve always been fascinated by Greek and Roman history, but never given much thought to the Byzantines... I’ve been very curious about them lately, and on the cusp of my new found curiosity, my favorite history channel posts this! Perfect!😊
74
Amazing mini-Doc! Sadly the “Guyanas” seem to always be sidelined for some reason. Have heard that many people in Brazil don’t often realize they border all of them.
74
Cooked dinner outside over the fire last night. I love autumn
73
You should do one on Ancient Finns. It's very forgotten history.
73
Are you gonna do a docu on Quebec/French Canadian?
73
Your channel is hands down one of the best educational ones on youtube. I love how you're branching off into other topics too.
72
Heck yeah! Your documentary's are so good. Such an underated channel.
72
YOu should do a documentary on poland
72
OMG this is the best documentary in my entire life. You capture most of early german people so very good. Keep going bro.
71
Two great videos keep up the good work. I was looking forward to this part Although the first video was my favourite. Much about ancient Ireland is lost but with YouTubers like yourself what we have left won't be.
71
I recently learned of the Pawpaw fruit. It has ties to native Americans and Lewis and Clarke. Could make for an interesting video.

Rome: Did you do it? Puris: Yes. Rome: What did it cost? Puris: Everything.

67
I'm a Torres Strait islander 🖤💙💚. I literally came to watch this because I was hoping that he might mention us
66
So glad you made a video, you tackle these subjects really well.
66
Thank you for these wonderful straight-forward docs. Too many channels tend come across more as infotainment with their snarky commentary and distracting production styles.
66
You talked about Australia, we love you, you are now officially an Australian citizen.
66
Takes the kings to Burger King
66
When you're about to go to sleep but Fire of Learning uploads ; sparking a need for caffeine to stay awake.

This video is actually a great to explain how the titles of "Holy Roman Emperor" and "King of the Romans" came to be in the Mediavel Period.
64
Great video. Always get super excited when I see a new upload from you. Your videos are such a joy to watch. I find them therapeutic.
64
Hey Justin, Any plans to cover Indian Empires and Age's? The Maurya's, Indo-Greeks and the Mughals are all very exciting topics and it would be awesome for you to cover them from a western standpoint. The extent of Hellenism in India after Alexander's conquest is also significant.
64
The flag for London in this video is actually the flag of the City of London, which is located within London itself. London itself doesn't have its own flag. Just something I thought I should mention. Anyway, great video Fire of Learning! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
64
From Lorain Ohio myself. The cities in my area do that nearest weekend crap too. It sucks. Should be on the 31st regardless of the day of week.
