  1. I used to work for an appraisal company. Appraisers take measurements, look at flooring, square footage, check to see if there is a fireplace, garage, etc. They do not care about decor. I don't buy this for one second. For her first reaction to be "This is racism" says a lot about her victim mentality. How about maybe there was a mistake?? Come on people, let's hear the rest of the story before jumping to conclusions.

  11. Let's keep in mind that's we're getting the story from a 9 minute video, and an unclear video at that. We don't know all the details. In addition to that, it sounded like the 9-1-1 calls were made AFTER he moved out, which very well could have been made in an attempt to collect "evidence" of his "abuse".

  21. I wholeheartedly agree. I'm shocked to see so much support for her here. It's one thing to make an honest mistake and quite another to override the computer, not check the label, ignore the orange warning cap, not ever recognize the mistake, and then make excuse after excuse. I've spent quite a bit of time in hospitals with family members and am also shocked to see the carelessness of the medical staff. It's quite alarming.

  34. I'm sorry, but this reporting is ridiculous and doesn't help the misinformation that continues to be spread. The numbers of blacks who murder whites is literally double that of the other way around, but NO ONE talks about that. Every single time a victim is black, it's assumed that the reason was due to race. It's like crying wolf. We have no idea if the men could even see who the driver was. He was not driving a FED EX truck and may have appeared suspicious due to the way he was driving. Of course they were in the wrong and should not have chased him and shot at the vehicle. If all of that is true, they have no business being in society. But to insinuate that this is a common occurrence is only stirring the pot. Of course there is yet another protest. For what?! They're being charged as they should. This will go through the proper channels. In the meantime, no one, and I mean no one, is discussing the epidemic of blacks killing other blacks. That's the real crime here.

  35. I can't help but think that 911 dispatchers should have better training. Rather than saying something like, "You just read me a bunch of numbers, but you didn't give me a street name or anything...", just ask for the street name or explain where to find it on the envelope. Also, reassure the poor girl that you are there for her and will stay with her until help arrives. Poor Jordan was terrified and kept asking if the dispatcher could hear her. Heartbreaking!!

  40.  @Rjz10  I reason things out in order to decipher fact from fiction. I weigh evidence and apply logic and reasoning to come to conclusions. I'm not sure how that could be considered insane. What ways do you consider when coming to conclusions? Do you use facts and evidence? I'm not aware of any evidence for any gods, so I'm curious where those ideas came from.

  42.  @yumlemonjuice  One thing that I find interesting is that all believers of different faiths are convinced that theirs is the "right" one, and all for the same reasons. One day I thought about asking a believer why they are convinced that another religion isn't correct? Now take those reasons and apply them to your religion and see how it stands up. It's an interesting exercise.

Also, imagine all the inappropriate conversations that have happened that will never go public. I met a nurse one time who said he was disgusted by the way many doctors spoke during surgeries. One time, the doctor literally said, "Well, this oughtta pay for my Mercedes."
