Minimum of 31, will only get you a job such as a cannon cocker (artillery) who really just needs to be able to lug heavy shells, yet even Infantrymen need to score a 50 to qualify for Grunt. I needed 107 to qualify for Medic when I was 17, got 131. You'd be surprised how many people don't even manage 31.
