  3. I enjoy the channel and commentary from Pakman, but the title of this video ("BREAKING: Trump INDICTMENT Predicted by Former Attorney General") is clearly "clickbait." I mostly agree with the legal assessment, but the words "BREAKING," "Trump," and "INDICTMENT" are used to get views. I expected better from the David Pakman Show.

  4. I only wish Trump would stop blaming all of his legal troubles on people who have no interest in him. His criminality has nothing to do with liberal politics. He's thinking the Left wants to see him in prison. That's his own disregard of the rule of law, and the adherence to law and order from Merrick Garland and state prosecutors that have decided to hold him accountable. There'd be no reason for him to expect prison time had he followed legal advice of his White House counsels and private lawyers, like the other ex-president did to avoid criminal liability.

  6. Only election turnout determines which party controls state government. If there is low turnout, the elderly and FOXNEWS-watching base will hand power to anyone Trump tells them to. Since H. Walker is the GQP's controllable model minority, literally anyone can be on the ballot. Being able to speak coherent English is not even a requirement. It's not my state, but I'm still thankful Georgia saved the world from MAGA fascism in November 2020.

It's not a surprise that doctors were able stop the disease from progressing.

  20. It's never safe to ask a far-Reich conspiracy theorist about specifics, or get them to go into details about blanket terms and dog whistles like "they," and their definition of "woke." That'll inevitably lead the interview to become a dark anti-Semitic, anti-globalist, pro-Russian, and White nationalist rant. It doesn't matter what the topic is, if you find flaws in their logic and reason, they'll consistently return to their default distraction of what about the Blacks, Mexicans, and Jews.   28. Some people on the far-Reich have to make themselves seem less intelligent and incompetent to be accepted by the MAGA voters base. Having experience and being a "career politician" is highly frowned upon. Some cultist and GQP voters mistrust articulate career politicians, and they're naturally suspicious of Ivy-League educated public figures. Senator John Kennedy (Obviously no relation to JFK), Dan Crenshaw, and Governor DeSantis are examples of highly educated and experienced politicians desperately trying to be relatable by distancing themselves from their educational and public service background. DeSantis' legal, political, and military background is evident that he wanted to be the most qualified presidential candidate and worked his entire life to get those qualifications. He's essentially the Hillary Clinton, and destined leader, of the Republican Party. Listening to his press conferences, you can hear him desperately trying to sound "Trumpian," and it's embarrassing.

They could help him ( help himself ) by invoking his right to remain silent against self-incrimination and due process. I'm not sure where he's getting his info and what articles he's citing, but he's clearly biased and parrots Right-wing talking points about "woke culture," "migrant busing," and blaming the response to Covid-19 on the Democratic Party. No one ever claimed that the government managed the epidemic perfectly, but the government and media weren't the ones downplaying Covid-19 and advising against being vaccinated. There were deadly consequences to unhealthy people on the Right, who got medical advice from the internet and genuinely believed Ivermectin was an effective therapy for coronavirus-related complications. I think he's trying to appease the new audiences he's attracted on the Right. He may have not changed much politically, but he's clueless about medical science and epidemiology and assumes his own opinions and analysis are the same as undisputed fact.

Merrick Garland and Robert Mueller both have completely different legal tactics from Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Leticia James, and Fani Willis about how to investigating a current, or former, US president. The Impeachments, investigations into Russia and the Trump Campaign ties, and the Congressional January 6th Hearings did nothing to deter Trump from committing more crimes. The more aggressive tactics from prosecutors and law enforcement are what the typical American citizen would experience.

All it takes is a single prosecutor and grand jury to charge him with a felony. The plea negotiating bars them from office the same way it stops Rod Blagojevich, or any politician charged with corruption, from ever seeking reelection.

I'm not a doctor and have never completed a death certificate, but I have faith in the determinations made by the coroners and other physicians. The government, healthcare providers, and insurance companies ultimately pay the high cost of ICU care, ventilators, and hospitalization, so they have an incentive to scrutinize the medical bills for accuracy. Doesn't the CDC, epidemiologist, and John Hopkins National Covid-19 use other indicators and secondary causes to determine whether or not the deaths would have occurred but for the coronavirus infection and disease? In your uncle's case, was there still a reference to covid-19 virus infection followed by hospitalization, ICU, pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, or blood clot preceding death?

  49.  @12bigredd  Pence wasn't brave at all. For a time, I considered him a national hero and a possible candidate and recipient of the Congressional Metal of Honor. After thinking on it and hearing input from other political corespondents in the media, we would be rewarding him for doing the bare minimum by not going along with a criminal conspiracy and fascist coup. In the end, on January 6, 2021, Pence did the right thing. It was the bare minimum and he may have likely been motivated by his own self-interest. A more courageous VP would have done more to protect the peaceful transfer of power. He and the remaining cabinet members did have the option of the 25 Amendment or recommend an emergency session of Congress to have an impeachment trial to remove Trump and any co-conspirators in the executive branch. Despite the Trump Administration only having days before the transition, a senate conviction could have removed any government-employed involved and barred them for public office.
