I think the core essence of a person does not change, e.g. optimistic, pessimistic, extrovert, introvert, neurotic, etc. But I think you can slightly change within your limits, e.g. someone slightly pessimistic / introverted, can become more pessimistic / introverted after a bad divorce, etc. I think there is a lot of truth to "a leopard never changes its spots".

  5. I hate to say it but what your mom / dad have is slowly going extinct. Relationships now are becoming short-term value exchanges. If you want to deal with a woman you have to accept the risk, vet her for around 3 - 5 years, make sure she is calm, patient, agreeable, mentally and emotionally stable, and get a pre-nup. Also, maybe consider only having 1 kid to minimize the child support risk.

In my parents and grandparents day they had things like religion, shame and unemployed/unemployable wives which meant that divorce was pretty much impossible. However, now that religion and shame have gone, and women have high paying jobs and there are pro-divorce laws, it is a miracle only 50% of marriages end in divorce. I think a 50% divorce rate is pretty low, all things considered. I think millennials and Gen Z men would be wise to quickly accept the fact that the days of 50 years marriages have long gone, and that marriage is an outdated and unsuccessful institution. I think this is slowly happening. Hence the ever decreasing marriage rates to all time lows.

  8.  @dANbRnL  I would never get married again after my divorce. And I hope my son never gets married. Marriage is just a way for the wife to get 1. babies and 2. financial security at the husband's expense. The whole thing is biased against men because she will get custody and as a direct result he will lose his money and house. It's insane when you think about it. But I would rather be a married guy with a prenup than a married guy without a prenup.

  10. I have been saying a similar thing for quite some time now. Not everyone is marriage material. Not everyone has enough mental stability or tolerance of another person's imperfections. If you get married to someone with low tolerance and quickly gets angry about another person's imperfections the marriage will end in divorce after 5 - 10 years. It is really that simple. The point about people changing and being different every 10 years is another excellent point. The person you marry is not the person you divorce.

  11. Seems to me like human beings are serially monogamous, i.e. we move from one partner to the next during our lives. If more people realized this, i.e. its normal for one relationship to end and another relationship to begin, potentially this could help people to accept nothing is forever and to enjoy each relationship while it lasts.

  13. If a man manages to avoid the family courts, then he should be able to achieve success and happiness, e.g. have more time/money to invest in himself, his health and his career/business. However, once a man gets dragged into the family court system and loses his money, house and kids, it is very mentally and financially damaging and very difficult to overcome the injustice. Leonardo Di Caprio is a great role model for guys, i.e. focus on your purpose and enjoy multiple short term relationships.

  24.  @sammakwela  1. dont get married. 2. if you want to take the risk of having kids try to sick to only having 1 kid to reduce future child support payments and custody battles. and 3. vet your girlfriend very carefully for at least 3 years before having kids. make sure she in not an Angry, Bossy, Combative, Disagreeable and Emotional (ABCDE) woman. if she is ABCDE run, it will never last and there will be a huge custody battle in the future. your girlfriend MUST be mentally and emotionally stable.

And men, who tend to just want peace and quiet, need to start anxiously walking the tight rope of being hard but not too hard (as well as having good looks, money, status and lifestyle).   29. Founder equity = marriage, and employee salary = girlfriend. I would argue that marriage is a terrible idea regardless of being a founder or employee. Very few founders or employees want to stay with a company for 50 years. And some leave on very bad terms where there is no pre-nup in place. Founder = in the right place, at the right time.

  41. Guys relationship goals are physical intimacy. Women relationship goals are financial security and babies. Both parties can behave reprehensibly in achieving their goals. If you are a low value guy with a scarcity mindset then you are going to have to pay up one way or another if you want a woman (e.g. provide babies, child support, financial security aka marriage). If you are a high value guy with an abundance mindset then you can move onto the next women if the current women doesn't measure up. Consequently, its important to know who you are (leader or follower), what your woman really wants from you (gold digger? child support digger?), and understand the divorce/ child custody/ pre-nup/ child support system in your jurisdiction.

The 2 main components of nearly all red pill content are 1. how to attract women/self improvement to become more appealing to women, and 2. how to minimize the risks that come with relationships, e.g. divorce laws, pre-nups, unequal property division, alimony, child custody battles, legal fees, false allegations, common law marriage, biased judges, etc. The problem is that laws and judges are extremely unfair and unfortunately many men go into things like marriage without realizing how dangerous and damaging it is. The red pill allows men who have been badly burnt by the system, to share their experiences, so that other men in the future don't get screwed over by making silly decisions. Although the guys who have been destroyed by the system can't save themselves, it's too late, they can help to save their sons and other guys about to make the biggest mistakes of their lives.
