  26. Many years ago I was involved with a 'right wing' group and we were constantly on our guard for Special Branch trying to get information from casual talks in pubs. To wind them up we'd use conversations that included key words likely to trigger their dimwit brains into believing that we were really 'up to something'. One such jape was using the words 'suitcase', 'nitro' and 'Kings Cross Station'. It was funny to watch totally innocent travellers stopped and searched going in and out of the station!

He ripped of the Microsoft software from his 'friends', made a fortune out of it by issuing defective code that needed constant patches and made virtually the whole world dependent on it.   44. If the police were kicking themselves they would undoubtedly miss! Case in point, this past weekend 3 police vehicles and 10 officers turned up outside the flat opposite mine. 5 officers returned at 5.30 the following morning, still nobody in. Then this morning 2 more turned up, again no joy. There is a young couple who live there with a baby but the only seem to be around for a short time before going to other relative's places. The history of the flat is that the previous tenant was nicked for having a loaded shotgun and has, supposedly, been in Strangeways prison until his trial. He was arrested 2 years ago, so unless he was eventually given bail and did a runner, I guess the dick head has gone back to living rough in the woods somewhere but the police only have his last known address which the council evicted him from and changed the locks to pass on the flat to the new tenants! A basic check of the electoral role would probably saved the police and the public purse a lot of time and trouble!
