  44. I must confess I have never been as successful in using search engines as I would like to be. Part of the problem is the way search engines are designed - they use popularity as a scheme, and they are not particularly good at separating good popularity from bad. I encountered another problem with the word "adverse" in the search criteria: 95% or better of the returns will deal with alleged "adverse" effects of cannabis, most of which are BS and drug hysteria. But I DID find this, and it addresses my point specifically: http://veteransformedicalmarijuana.org/content/general-use-cannabis-ptsd-symptoms I don't believe I would have ever found this if I hadn't removed "adverse" from the search criteria, although you will see I used the word correctly in context.

I realize we've gone over this ground over and over, simply because their actions are 100% predictable and 100% manipulativable. More impeachments? Yep, the Dems will be totally on board for a rerun.   48. The amount of money could not possibly have been adequate. So, predictably, they spent it instead on executive salaries and a giant glass and steel skyscraper in Atlanta. The amount of money required to redo the eastern seaboard's rails is beyond staggering. To do it right, anyway. The raid beds need to be redone from the ground up; the rails themselves are but a tiny part of the problem. We need to stop pretending the problem isn't critical to our nation's economy - it absolutely is. We need a national conversation on this problem - and the American people need to be told how severe the problem is, and just how much it will cost us to do it the right way. Much of the rail bed system in the east is roughly a century old. When it was first installed the cost was cheap. It doesn't appear it will ever be cheap again, does it?
