I agree with your assessment. like you said, there's always enough tax money for the govt to fund the military war machine... but when it comes to social obligations like education ONLY private enterprise seems to have the monetary resources to resolve its shortcomings.  I think what most people fail to understand is that EVERYTHNG in today's society is done because the elite want it done. it doesn't matter which "side" is proposing the idea, or which "side" gets their way... it will benefit the elite. do you agree with that as well?

  21. one problem with choosing one evil over another is that by participating in a corrupt system you're validating it, perpetuating it and giving it more power. equalism, while not a political party and should never become one, gives people from both sides who are tired of the predation on both sides, a common, unifying philosophy. the philosophy that the non-predators of the world can unite and actually help in dismantling this corrupt, predatory system through the protection of each other's rights. thanks for the video.

  22. no doubt about it, I see no capitalist solutions to capitalist problems. people on social security, the elderly and disabled, are being completely ignored in this equation. we've seen NO COLA increases in about 5 out of the last ten years... this year we got NONE and I damned well know inflation has been alive and kicking in each of those years. i'm still forced to live on about 12k annually!!!!! capitalism pits the disadvantaged against one another and the poorest of the poor CONTINUE to be totally ignored in all discussions!!! thanks for the video.

  24. imperialism uses many tactics other than brute force to take terrority from its rightful owners. trickery and fraud enforced through "law" was also used. this was a method the europeans used in southeast asia, india, central and south america and throughout africa. it was often corporate interests that corrupted the law. corporations would con "natives" into contracts and later used those contracts to take the land. they would use laws requiring "peonage" (servitude for unpaid debts) to enslave the locals and the police to enforce these contracts. the miltary would be brought in only if any organized resistance developed. the only one's who could resist this "legal" corporate fraud were places like china and japan who had the military strength to expell the foreigners. corporations use contracts even today to conspire with govts to cheat and rob people as standard operating procedure. 95% of all use of "eminent domain" is used against the lower classes to take their property and hand it to corporations for development. as long as a corrupt ruling elite exists they'll use fraud and/or force to screw "the people" just like they've done for 1000s of years.

  39. well, my friend, like I said, there's no capitalist solutions to capitalist problems. just because public funds are used doesn't make it a socialist program. when tax dollars are used to increase the value of private property that's called capitalism. and what happens when the property value of the homes of the poor are increased? the tax burden increases. the poor can't meet their new increased tax burden so they lose their homes. who gains? rich people because they now get to buy the house at the price of the tax NOT on the value of the house. now what this video is recommending is "affordable housing." I live in an affordable housing apt in California. the property owner receives tax breaks for supplying me my human right to a home! the property owner is PROFITING from MY poverty. POVERTY IS BIG BUSINESS! billions are made through the perpetuation of poverty. there's a 100 different solutions. one is raise my income well ABOVE the poverty line. then there's no more poor at all! another solution is a "sliding-fee scale be applied across the board. people pay ONLY what they can afford to pay! both of these solutions ELIMINATE big govt and the need for more govt programs which only serves the interest of the elite to begin with.

  44. i haven't been the victim of police-brutality but police malfeasance and civil rights violations. over 10 years ago my landlord extorted roughly 50k from me and my parents. i had the evidence of this extortion. i still have it. the LAPD REFUSED to even let me file a criminal complaint. THAT'S ILLEGAL! no cop has the right to PREVENT anyone from filing a police report or a criminal complaint. and no cop has the right to refuse to investigate an alleged crime. the cop supervisor told me flat out - they would NEVER investigate a crime committed by a landlord. when i notified the FBI, of both the police corruption and of the extortion, it occurred across state-lines, they told me to stick it up my ass. during the ten years since i've been the victim of continuous criminal harrassment from my neighbors. i have evidence of this too. the kern county sheriff's dept refused to let me file a complaint. in fact they refused to respond AT ALL! when the same neighbor filed a false report against me the cops RESPONDED TO HER COMPLAINT! i proved to them the neighbor filed a false complaint against me. ANOTHER CRIME! the cops again REFUSED to enforce the law. the damned cop told me - we have better things to do than baby sit you people. (a direct quote.) YET ANOTHER CRIME committed by the cops. its a common scam for cops to claim the crimes committed against you are civil matters. i've notified lawyers of these criminal infractions. they, TOO, refused to enforce the law. and they flat-out denied me my right to legal representation because i'm poor. SO, JUST WHAT THE HELL DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET PIGS TO DO THEIR DAMNED JOBS AND ENFORCE THE DAMNED LAW! our sorry excuse of a "justice system" not only suffers from corrupt police actions but also from corrupt police NON-ACTION!

  45. ​ @joeneil5485  ... no, i contacted the lapd. my landlord illegally raised my rent without informing me and conned my elderly, 80 year old parents, who lived 2000 miles away, to pay for it and keep the arrangement secret from me. my parents were paying MY rent increases for over 7 years without my knowledge or consent. this also tricked me into continuing my residency there, didn't allow me the option to move and violated my right to "full disclosure." i even have a letter sent to my landlord from therir bank asking them what these payments were? the landlord just started putting the checks into a different account to cover it up. its called extortion and a violation of the lease. and the cops and lawyers couldn't give a shit.
