  1. I find it s scripted then my comment goes to the writer and not her fellow hosts. It doesn't really matter where it comes from. It doesn't really matter how well she endures it. It's hard to watch people be like that to a lovely person who was well chosen for the show because of her heart and ability to communicate. It can't be a good feeling to be paid to say things another decides is funny at another's expense.

He is also in scenes with people speaking Korean which his character doesn't know. He may need a sign to start his lines.

  4. Gosh, she didn't have a part time job before. She was your boss several episodes ago. I don't understand her being penniless. The Unni has money from when their dad died. Why not her? She had a job with the company before, why was she needing her mom to cover a credit card and cars. She resigned less than 3 months before. Did a new writer start and not watch the first part of the series?

Instead of the husband taking responsibility for the fault of divorce, the affair and chosing his mistress over his wife and child to get financial gain he committed fraud pretending to repent in order to not hand over a large settlement. The mistress thought up the plan. It was no different than the real estate fraud. The wife was successful. The mistress thought she would bd successful in getting the assets of her marriage by waiting. There was no attempted reconciliation. He just slept at home while sometimes going to the mistress to make it look like he was returning to his wife so he could keep all his assets hoping she would die soon instead of paying them to her in divorce. I think it is great the wife got even. Too bad they changed the law and adultery is not a criminal offense and only a civil matter.

Like the wife and son were only focused on thing, rank in school, the husband was only focuses on work and was for a longer period of time than the son and wife. Was there a divorce or they are trying to remain a family?

  27.  @veeenaaa3455  some kids with autism seek out noises. I agree we saw moments of the assessment and for good reason. It may be to early to know any of this for certain. They are getting better but it’s not like there is a blood test or scan where it’s clear the diagnosis. The parents identified a possible problem and sought a profession and not just the internet or their neighbors advice. Well done. Good luck to them all.

  28. I wanted to see those three sons born prophecied in their last life. I love how Sharon kept getting punished. I loved how Becky kept protecting them any way she could. I do feel bad for both cursed characters. Mean things were done to them too. Really she saved his life in the recent life. Interesting why the title is about his protecting her. I mean he did too. Anyway I would love a second season where they are happy in a more traditional sense in a future reincarnation.

  32. Of course he is indecisive, she tells him his clothes are wrong and when he does something on his own like help a student with meals or living he gets criticized. The man needs fewer wardrobe choices so that everything mixes and matches. He has night blindness, I can see how he would be anxious when traveling at night. The family needs to find some activity to do together that they all like. Asking him to endure for days at something new was just setting him up for failure. It’s not that he made them leave early. So he hates bugs. He isn’t beating them. Hopefully the boys will like the drum and they can bond over that. They need an activity that doesn’t take too long to do. It could even be a regular meal. Some moment in time they can trust their dad will be there and have his attention on them. It’s good the brothers have siblings.

They should not have primary custody but it's ridiculous they can't be alone with them. Love the series though. The kids are not just props they are part of the story. And a bonus, you see most episodes the kids enjoying being kids.

  40. I am watching this series from the start again. In episode 9 she drives the same van several hours away to get him soup which he then doesn't eat it. It's all to make her want to quit. All by herself. In the very beginning the sunbae was driving him around and the girl with the glasses in a large oversized van as well. It was the first few episodes. It was strange she even had the van. He woke her at 5 asking for the soup from the specific restaurant on the coastline of the East Sea. Did she go to work to check the van out?

  41. Actually this family is not just two parents and 13 kids, of which 11 live at home. It is also a family with a grandma living there. One or more of the sons would likely live there and start a family there. It's a relatively new notion for family to go off living in their own places. The oldest lives in a separate place with his wife and kids. I do not see the family as being set on their children but allowing them choices. The kids all seem to be glad to be born. This couple may be in better financial shape than the Korean families who just have one child, spend years on hagwons and tuition and then hundreds of thousands to marry off and get the groom that first home only to find themselves retired early and penniless. Whether one child or 13 everything earned goes to the kids. Only with one child the court may decide the child give a hundred or so to their elderly parents. Who could live on that? In this case there are several children to help with their parents golden years. If the younger kids become the elder kids burden then they will be looking to younger siblings in the golden years as well as their kids. If everyone goes to academies what is the point of anyone going? There will still be on a small percentage of the population getting the office jobs at the few conglomerates. And all those other families spent all that money for nothing. With people getting married later and having children later he isn't that much older than other parents of only children.

  42. It's a bigger drain on society for couples to have no children or only one. Instead of needing benefits like schooling and free lunches and perhaps heat and fees for school you will need the government to support seniors in their older ages. Look at grandma living with them. If she had no children or grandkids she would be living with assistance. That assistance is far more than one can save for and its essential that the working population is far greater than the senior population. At least children will become workers and pay into the system.

  45. No let the kids live their life, unless there is an emergency. Everyone should have the chance to marry and have kids once an adult. Everyone is being looked after. Even granda and aunt are joining the family. The only thing they lack is money. They have food to eat, employment, healthcare, education through high school, three sons have already served their country, another daughter working.. How many families in Korea can say they four adult kids, three who completed military service, one married giving them grandkids, so many working. Lots of parents with one adult college graduate who is out of work today is a norm.

It doesn’t seem in dramas anyway self defense ever works and the victim ends up in prison even if we to protect themselves. As the child of a murderer she really doesn’t have a future anyway. They are trying to make it illegal to ask about family in hiring and other matters but I don’t think it’s a reality yet.
