  8. Zhuocheng Tan HKers do not trust the CCP. Why would they? When HK and Mainland China are rated separately by NGOs, HK scores highly and PRC scores poorly. PRC also locks up millions in Tibet and Xinjiang, plus other dissidents throughout the nation. The CCP cannot be trusted.
