  8. In the UK years back, about 10, Cannabis was class C & then the hardliners forced it to be upgraded to class B. No lunatics are saying it is a "gateway drug" and should be reclassified to class A, the same as Heroin 🙄 The war on drugs has failed. We need to treat addicts as a healthcare problem & decriminalise/legalise drugs for personal use & take the profits & violence away from the drug dealers.

Tories saying we need to remove the cap on bankers bonuses but essential works should be happy with 3% when inflation is set to hit 11% by the end of the year. People are ignorant of the facts that without the railway unions fighting for better work conditions at the start of the 20th Century, we wouldn't have got the 40 hour, 5 day week.

  19. The US doesn't use its oil efficiently! 1. Gas guzzler cars, SUVs, Pickup trucks driven as a fashion statement. Lack of good public transport in most big cities. 2. Food trucked from one side of the country to the other as people want to eat the same fruit & vegetables all year round instead of just seasonally. 3. Over use of AC at home, offices, malls etc 4. Petroleum products imported as no new refineries have been built in the US for over 30 years so a lack of capacity. 5. I may be out of date but US oil doesn't produce much diesel so heavier crude has to be imported to provide this for trucks & locomotives.

Biden & Co could have appointed more justices to SCOTUS but decided not to do it. The Democrats have abandoned the average American because they are in the pockets of their big donors and that is all they care about. In some ways they are worse than Republicans because they pretend to care but then they do next to nothing when they have power.

To complain that 2,500 US military deaths is too high a price if ridiculous when more lives have been lost in car accidents & to gun violence in the US.
