@shauncameron8390 Yeah. A time when the NHS had a 95% satisfaction score. A time when the economy had actual growth. A time when food banks were just for down and outs. When schools were properly funded and had actual teachers for every class. A time when beaches had blue flags rather than brown ones. The good days.

Trump lost get over it. Oh sorry, wrong thread.
1
Piotr Sieradzki . Fascists also used slave labour. is there any difference for the individual forced onto a truck?
1
Piotr Sieradzki . Fair enough. I can't argue with the truth.
1
358. The number of the other beast.
1
@rww805 . Why the unpleasantness? Do you not get it? The odd mathematical pattern? Just a coincidence I guess but still a bit odd. Think about it.
1
@rww805 . Ah yeah. I recall your simplistic style. You had a different tag though. Was it Shaun the shirtlifter or something like that?
1
@peetsnort . I was referring to the clear fact that Brexit has divided us. This is self=evident surely regardless of whether someone is a leaver or remainer.
1
Just telling the truth man. The government should be getting on with securing a good deal rather than wasting their time on virtual sodding boats.
1
The bogyman goeth.
1
Nope! The referendum was tainted. It was close. And the only Brexit available is not remotely close to the brexit that was promised. So NO. We won't give up.
1
How can it be bias if Drew Liquerman was given the chance to offer an alternative viewpoint. You guys just feel threatened by anything that may burst your fragile little bubble.
1
Then why do so many righters go into a tiz when they're presented with something that is counter to their opinion?
1
Back @Micky Really? you're going to lecture me about indoctrination when your head is so full of fanaticism that you spend half your day angry. Be honest with yourself right now Micky. Am I right?
1
@jameswhiteley6843 I've read the prospectus.
1
@bigpete4227 . It's not fake. Somerset Capital Management (SCM) really do have premises in Dublin. Rees-Mogg has already admitted this on radio. Though several other asset funds have also done so, including Legal and general. Perhaps they know something that we don't.
1
Those behind this aren't stupid. And they still have a crew employed to spam social media with transparent bollox.
1
Bullshit island more like.
1
Albert Pike . What I have is common sense and a fully functioning bullshit detector.
1
Albert Pike . So what good will come out of Brexit? "Don't tell him Pike!"
1
@TM-pz2ue On the other hand, more people working and paying tax means a stronger economy. More people paying NI means pensions can be covered. Is this why the Tories make a lot of noise about immigration but encourage it on the quiet? The figures are a bit of a giveaway. I'm an OAP by the way.
1
@TM-pz2ue Still paying tax on everything they buy. Still paying NI. I get that many people resent the influx and areas being culturally changed. Even I do to some degree. But calling it mass replacement is silly. What would governments (both Con and Labour) actually gain out of it? The only gains are that certain industries get workers and more people paying tax. I'm just looking at it objectively.
1
@TM-pz2ue How are Labour owned? The Tories take backhanders
1
@TM-pz2ue Certainly not naive enough to vote Tory or for the Reflux mob.
1
Boris has already used up his 2019 bullshit allowance. He'll probably have to go and borrow some from Trump.
1
@rolandfry5688 Easy to tell the difference. The righties are the ones still insisting that Rayner did something wrong when multiple investigations have found nothing. And when the head detective is a Tory.
1
God? Young Kyle will have to answer to a higher authority if there is such a being.
1
@browndotflop Seriously? The idiot went to Kenosha on a twisted crusade. He fantasised about shooting those he saw as legitimate targets. Lies and spin only work in a bent courtroom.
1
@terrynolan5831 . Yellowhammer Terry. Yellowhammer. The government's own report on which they are planning their emergency strategy (costing millions) And not even a worst case scenario. Gove lied about that but then had to clarify. Simply replacing "Base Scenario" with "Reasonable Worst Case Scenario" didn't really work. They sent a copy to Scotland! LOL. So basing my judgement on the Yellowhammer report (Is there another assessment for balance?) I'd say that No Deal is mad, irresponsible, and utterly unacceptable. No sane person would choose that.
1
@terrynolan5831 . Gove had to admit that Yellowhammer was described as a "BASE" scenario. (Commons Committee) All still guesswork of course. But educated well researched guesses. And still the only report we have. Why do you disagree with it? Do you have a different report to refer to? Superior data? An assessment that is more detailed than the one on which the government is basing their planning? Can we see it? If you do not have such a document then how do you know that Yellowhammer is wrong?
1
@terrynolan5831 . And you are evading the fact that they rejigged the header prior to release. This is a little snippet from the Select Committee. (Chair is Hilary Benn) Chair: All I need for the moment, because you explained it in the answer to Jonathon, is this. The words “base scenario” do appear in the yellowhammer report. Michael Gove: Yes. Chair: So you are correcting what you said earlier. Michael Gove: Absolutely. Chair: That’s fine. That clarification was very helpful. Google it.
1
@terrynolan5831 . How do you know that Yellowhammer is wrong if you don't have better information? Sorry, but your personal opinion doesn't count for all that much.
1
For those actually interested in the truth. https://inews.co.uk/news/brexit/operation-yellowhammer-no-deal-brexit-report-base-case-reasonable-worst-title/
1
@terrynolan5831 . Why are you telling me about 17/4 million voters? That has nothing to do with Yellowhammer or Boris being an inveterate liar.
1
@terrynolan5831 . Why you think that Yellowhammer isn't worth considering when you have no alternative data?
1
@terrynolan5831 . I've read your last reply 5 times and it still doesn't make sense. How does the backstop jeopardise peace in Ireland? The whole point of the backstop is to prevent a hard border at the end of the withdrawal period. If a suitable solution works then the backstop isn't even required.
1
@terrynolan5831 . Are you hoping to scare me off by using silly words? I can google it in 30 seconds. Back to business though. How does the backstop threaten peace? And how do you know that Yellowhammer can be dismissed without alternative data? As in an assessment of equal gravity.
1
@terrynolan5831 . What's with the word salad? Have you run out of reasoned argument?
1
@terrynolan5831 . But you're still not answering anything. How does the backstop threaten peace? And how can you simply ignore Yellowhammer when you have no alternative data?
1
@terrynolan5831 And still no answers I see. How come it was Brexiters who were demanding sovereignty a few years back but now it's remainers? How come you were desperate for strong borders but now don't want one in Ireland? If only you people actually knew what you wanted.
1
@terrynolan5831 . I've no idea what "praecipuum the 17.4 m , dissemble and conflagration" is. But it certainly isn't a reasoned argument. I'm even beginning to wonder if Terry Nolan is just a wonky AI program with Tourette's.
1
@terrynolan5831 . How come you can't provide a single answer? How come you resort so quickly to belittlement and word salad? Sleep on the questions Terry. They'll haunt your dreams.
1
@terrynolan5831 . Oh. More word salad I see. Why are you up so late. You a bit of an insomniac like me?
1
@terrynolan5831 . "non elected officials" ? Like Dominic Cummings? How come he gets to dictate government policy?
1
@terrynolan5831 . Do you believe that we must have strong borders?
1
@terrynolan5831 . Do you believe in sovereignty?
1
Albert Pike . Is Jack a user? Hmmm. Sad.
1
@emm_arr . Have you seen the video where Boris says that Trump is out of his mind? Crikey! That could put the kibosh on a trade deal if the old orange knobhead sees it.
1
@blackphilip8936 . Yes really. It is a real assessment made by our own Civil Service and the report on which the government based its no deal planning. Do you have another forecast to refer to? Have the ERG made a no deal assessment of their own?
1
@greeny202ab . The request could possibly be denied. But we would still have the option to revoke. Boris obviously wouldn't do that, but Boris can still be replaced. It's not over till it's over.
