Going for someone's weapon after they have defended their life is an act of aggression especially in hubers case because he attacked him with a weapon. The Gaige was disabled after he pointed his illegal weapon at Kyle, Kyle shot him when he was a threat not before. The only people shot that night were the ones who were a threat. For them to think they have the right to disarm someone fighting for their life against their mob is ridiculous. Huber could have walked away and not attacked Kyle and he would have been fine
