Life at the bottom, by Theodore Dalrymple, has it all explained. And that book came out more than 20 years ago.

Fine if the BBC puts the Hamas documentary back on, but with the correct translation, and even some dark oppressive background music when the gazans spew their hate.
3
Only shocking to people who have an irrational antipathy or hatred for said group no matter what. Now I'll just wait for your confirmation bias.
3
Someone should edit this video and add some canned laughter every time either of them speaks.
3
That Hawass guy acts like the angry Arabs debating on Memri TV.
3
Enrichment.
3
@evolassunglasses4673 based on recent form, the USA's way.
3
Well, all the right-wing talking heads on YouTube should maybe organise themselves to offer a proper and credible option to vote for in time for the general election. It's in your hands, NCF, Lotus Eaters, etc.
3
You mean no brains and no wisdom. Intelligence and wisdom go together.
3
YT is deleting my comments. Change is needed, and fast.

South Asian communities lobbied hard for Brexit precisely to get more of their compatriots into the UK. Brexit was about liberalising immigration to the whole world.
3
They are all grotesque.
3
@jeremysmith8035 Britain has been grossly mismanaged for a while now. I agree that brexit was a tory-engineered con but I don't think Russia had a hand in it. If they did, Boris and his clique wouldn't be so pro-Ukraine. Short-sighted greed and disaster capitalism were the key drivers of brexit.
3
Tell us more...
3
Making it a generational thing is rather lame. And figures of the new right are actually millenials, e.g. JD Vance, Tommy Robinson...
3
And the police doxxed the guy they arrested in Manchester for burning a Quran! Scandalous! What's going on here??!!
3
19:20 Oh dear, oh dear, 800,000 Muslims voted for Brexit ... what an admission. I'm sure they got the Brexit they wanted! Hahaha
3
The St Pancras pianist incident could start off a war with China.
3
@rickshaw2779 there's a nutty minority who think they have the moral high ground, and then all those who unquestionably follow their narrative to be seen as "nice" or "humanistic" often out of personal opportunism.
3
We reached the paradox of tolerance long ago.
3
For Reform to focus on immigration alone is not enough. It has to focus on tacking islamisation and the dictatorship of activist minorities too.
3
Please do realise at some point that Brexit was a big geopolitical mistake. You don't even have to be pro-EU superstate to understand that. The British electorate has been so gaslit over the years that they have all failed to understand where their actual interests lie. Too many of our politicians have covert intentions and conflicts of interest. Now we have a UK that is turning its back on its European cultural heritage to become subsumed into some weird mix of Indo-pacific transantlatism.
3
Grapes, terror attacks, machete attacks, hate marches... so enriching
3
@user-kx3fq1zo6f you're American, aren't you?
3
You voted brexit to control immigration, others voted brexit for the exact opposite reason.
3
@kenrehill8775 moving to an EU country to get out of multiculti UK. The irony of brexit right here.
3
Dear Reform, if you cannot or will not address the root cause of problem, all the solutions you propose will be utterly useless. What we need to know is whether Farage actually does it on purpose.
3
Infosys Exec
3
Good stuff, you should also take on the English FA.
3
@salfordguy399 that's what a woke person would say.
3
What to do now? If there is no reaction after this such as freeing the political prisoners, the UK is finished.
3
They should rename it the Online Haram Bill.
3
How's that propaganda?
3
Because the UK is up for the taking, apparently.
3
Because people have been conditioned to fear being called -ists and -phobes.
3
Electations?
3
The tolerance and kindness virtues are seen as weakness by some. There were missed opportunities to set limits to tolerance before. It's too late now, we are governed by cowards.
3
Whoosh! International jihad you said? Nah, mate, don't believe you.
3
If you can't afford to feed your kids, don't have them.
3
@anglodoomer5995 huh?
3
I'd change the title of the video to "Brexit voters were naive enough to believe in the Brexit project". Or maybe to "It's important to think issues through before blindly trusting the Tories".
3
That's how they probably feel: 🙄🤦♂️
3
A country where you go to jail for a Facebook post is not a democracy.
3
@spinhater3 keep living the delusion.
3
@jonsimmons4150 i hope we get a referendum on the cptpp.
3
I've always been quite circumspect about these self-styled anti-woke politicians and commentators. They'll talk about the issues that suit them like trans etc., which is tbf a storm in a teacup, an MSM concoction. When it's about real societal changes such as those brought about by mass migration & Islam, they go quiet.
3
Woke is the term encapsulating what you've just described. The term woke also describes very well people who want to give themselves a good conscience by thinking the right thing, by virtue signalling, siding with and patronising those who they perceive as the underdog.
3
Woke leftists' end goal is Revolution to topple society's organically established order. They see crimimals as the victims of such a society, and have no regard for the real victims of crime. Their ideology is disgusting.
3
Not the most articulate but some good points nevertheless.
3
I suppose this book won't get promoted on any of the UK mainstream news channels, right?
