  7.  @stafer3  yeah I know I was not saying the us is bad or something along those lines or Japan is somehow better I know Japan is all about imports and there agricultural base is tiny like really tiny due to the amount of mountains in Japan. I was saying the US is not untouchable or leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else China would have probably been a better comparison all things considered since we'll actually similar size and similar GDP rather than huge and possible to compare in SOME SECTORS IE entertainment but stuff like natural resources or food Japan is closer to Belgium than the US unlike China which is comparable is almost everything _Oil and high tech products. I also could have used other examples of extreme growth such as India who at the rate there growing at within about 20 years will be on par with the US. Currently due to the covid lock down the US isn't even the largest economy in the world.

  9. Population wise germany would actually be smaller or about the same due to the soviets deporting all the germans living in eastern europe to eastern germany. This includes regions never under german rule like transylvania or the volga river.

I said naxilites not communist because a generalization that just means "proletarian dicatorship" or workers dictatorship is so braud I just specialized it a little bit. Alongside that with the recent tension between india and china they have began distancing themselves a bit for I guess PR reasons.

  13.  @anoon-  I don't see how gen Z can stop Ethiopia, Vietnams or Mexicos industrialization while at the same time getting China or Russia to obey restrictions on C02 emissions. All of which would have to happen in order to stop climate change so get this eurocentric view of climate change out of here where its all the fault off europeans. Its called GLOBAL WARMING for a reason more than one civilization is responsible and thus far only one has been fighting itself over a solution. Gen Z will hopefully succeed with stuff like replacing coal and oil with neuclear power in the west while countries like India,Indonesia or Iran industrialize using coal before switching to oil effectively having the same amount if not more carbon emissions than the west does right now.

I'm Gen Z from Athens Ohio and well I lived in the Columbus suburbs for a while and this is just personal experience and a oversimplification but, jesus christ age gap of a few years is almost like another generation. Even kids a few years younger than me are "fortnight fanatics" meanwhile people my age are constantly on social media mainly Instagram and tick tock and lose it over me walking in with a emoji t-shirt and sunglasses saying HEY DUDE I LIKE THE DRIP 10 times a day. Probably due to how the internet has changed within those few years IDK but I see a massive gap even within gen Z.

I mean right now Russia is well more or less what China was in the cold war it hates both sides Partially due to the sino-soviet split and partially due to there ongoing information war there fighting in central Asia I mean when stuff like this happens https://jamestown.org/program/russian-military-seeking-to-counter-growing-chinese-role-in-central-asia/ And we'll as you know well underlying cold war tensions with the US although there has been a soft reset with the US after the cold war especially in the past few years still is very icy to say the least.   19. Another important factor you didnt touch on is the internal stability of both countrys aka US and especially China. Neither are as stable as they seem the US is probably slightly more than they seem and china has around 500 protests a day no one seems to talk about. Edit A china with to much strain put on it would overthrough the CCP.

  25. Stagnation is decline when everyone else Grows The us isnt stagnating Europe is. Romania could have had a shale boom or greece can pull a norway in the eastern med with offshore oil boom. Raw population isnt enough when Singapore alone has a slightly higher population than norway. They need something new other than more restrictions on themselves.

  31. I think one of the most under reported trends in china is the death of regional diffrences and increasing unitaryism. It used to be groups like the "yue" which includes cantonese or min and there gradually being subsumed and assimalated into the han chinese within the mainland. Yet diaspora communities like the min in taiwan or yue in singapore have taken drastically diffrent paths.

  34.  @kevinalzate1921  mexico right now is having improvements what are you talking about for one its drug trade is cracked down do a high degree Its north is industrializing between 2010 and 2018 its ecconomy was booming before dropping oil prices slowed it down to normal growth and booming population. Right now mexico has almost as much manpower as russia just less nukes and more pacified. But hey you didn't watch the video to begin with seeing as you didn't know what he said about the cia involvement in Latin America which yes he did talk about.

  38.  @loks117  they tried invading vietnam so many times in Vietnam they have terms for it "eras of northern domination" there were 4 of them Not even to mention the brief war in 1979 or all the times there troops were driven back Korean territory try the area around the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and a few parts of modern day southern Manchuria. Malay territories I don't know of any and burmese you have to make a real stretch with the Ming taking the yunnan boarderlands between the 2 and later Sino-Burmese War to settle boarder disputes. Not that I'm defending the first guy just explaining where he's coming from for ONE of his points.
