  9. Amendment 25/Article 4 should've been enacted in 2017 as Trump was already proven unfit to hold office in the first few months of his tenure. But Vice-President Pence is equally unfit to rule as his religious beliefs would overrule his civic duties as he would blatantly violate church/State separation clauses in your American Constitution. In any event where Amendment 25/Article 4 is required to be enacted, the Speaker of the House of Representatives(Congress) should become President for the balance of the term, but only that term and no more.

If someone does a good and useful thing for the community, in a point-for-point value, the good thing is worth 10 positive points. but if he/she does something bad and against the community, that is 1,000,000 negative points. Basically said, the BAD ALWAYS OUTWEIGHS THE GOOD. If you've done good in your life and not done anything against your community, the points in your favour will accumulate, albeit slowly, but if you've done anything against your community, that wipes out and totally negates ANYTHING good that you have done.

  19. Indictment on its own should PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFY anyone from being a candidate for President, Senator or Congressman. In Australia, if you've done prison time for a year or more for any crime, you are barred from running for State or Federal Government. In America, because of the severity of crimes committed by Trump, and Nixon half a century earlier, your laws need to be much more severe but instead, they are extremely lax.

But it's brought about by optional voting where so many citizens don't bother voting, as a result, those who do are those motivated by their extreme right-wing views to vote for these vile, despicable candidates. Compulsory voting, requiring EVERYONE aged 18 upwards be enrolled to vote and actually get to the polling centres and do their civic duty, would help cancel out the minority right-wing fringe votes of these nutters. We have compulsory voting in Australia and it works very well indeed!

Stripping away a lot of the President's powers would not just affect Trump, such a measure would also affect those who follow him, but it is a desperately-needed measure.

As it stands, the American President(the position, not the current incumbent) is FAR TOO POWERFUL! The Presidency of any country should really only be a ceremonial role with very few, if any, constitutional powers. As and when Australia becomes a Republic, our President will have no more power than that held by our current Governor-General.
