  1. My impression after the video is that not having those consumer conveniences could really be a pain in the ass. However it's a country that offers great tax benefits and easy second residence. So no it's not perfect but it can be very beneficial for people who are not that wealthy yet but want the tax savings and a global lifestyle. The way I see it not having access to the consumer conveniences is the price to pay. Also if the trifecta is your thing and your other bases are more exciting and fast paced places, perhaps u could use a break in Uruguay while taking advantage of the tax incentives

  2. The thing is I'm Portuguese and I'm actually trying to leave. U didn't mention but it's very high taxed. Corporate tax 21%, Social Security 23%, income tax rate 48%, consumption tax is 23% for most products, things like alcohol, gas, cigarettes, etc have an even higher consumption tax, and ofc, about half of the electricity price is taxes making it one of the countries in Europe with the most expensive electricity bill to the point more people die of cold during the winter in Portugal than they do in countries like Norway, Sweden, etc which are substsncially colder

  4. U gave that example where a person making 80k would pay 18k meaning it wouldn't be cost efficient. Well in my country a person making 80k would pay close to 40k so yes it would be cost efficient to keep that 40 grand plus have the ability to grow faster as u invest that extra 40 grand

For me, as a an EU citizen, Bulgaria is a baby step as I don't need a residence permit and citizenship through hiring is relatively easy and it's a nice passport to have as a plan B if west Europe starts to tax citizens overseas. Perhaps Varna or Burgas are better to spend time than Sofia but maybe these cities are not ideal for a base

Our government is a coalition between the democratic socialists, a far left party called the Left Block, the communists and the greens being the socialists the major party in Parliament. The second largest party is the social democrats that as u can see are not in the coalition cause they're too right wing even tho u can tell by the name their ideology is center left. Said that, this program is towards Africans from the ex colonies like Angola and Cape Verde. Like in the US blacks tend to vote for leftist parties so they're giving the right to vote to children of Africans living here and sons of illegals hoping they'll keep voting for them

In my case, as an EU citizen, Lithuania and Estonia really appeal to me as a baby step cause their taxes are way lower, I wouldn't need a residence permit live there and I would get to keep the currency. Again this is what I call a bridge which is a place u move to to reduce your tax bill and to create wealth faster for people who can't yet afford residence permits, second passports, homes overseas, etc

I would say that the only situation where u may need a cbi is if you're an American citizen or of course in more extreme conditions like political persecution, etc, that if you're a westerner that probably doesn't happen. My opninon is if you're not American and u have a decent passport u don't need a citizenship quickly and I'd focus on naturalisation. Perhaps start a business, hire people, or even do the trifecta so in a few years u qualify for citizenship in those places. Cbi programs are expensive and you're basically buying a passport that probably doesn't add much to your current passport or your portfolio while by naturalisation u may spend more in some cases but u have the benefit of living there and usually own property that u can use as u please and even sell in the future

  38. The European citizenship I'd pick is Bulgaria. It's easy when compared to other European countries, u just hire 10 people and wait a couple of years, u might have to spend some time there but it's low taxed and a pleasant place to be and, ofc, it's a member of the Schengen Area.

  40. Out of these I'd probably Nairobi is the most appealing to have a base but my number one choice for a base in Africa would be Cairo. If I wanted to live in one place in Africa that would be Mauritius because of the tax benefits and the relatively easy and good passport. However, all these places on the video and surely some other places in Africa are interesting markets to watch. Basically my point is I wouldn't live in these places when there are other options around the world but they're certainly countries I'd like to explore and that I think have investment potential

If for example u live Georgia, a territorial tax country, and you're a trader/investor with stocks in the US, Japan etc, those well known financial markets, but u do your trades in your home in Georgia is that considered foreign source income and therefore not taxed, or is considered Georgian income and taxed at the normal rate?

Is there a point in time where people who you've worked with become able to open offshore bank accounts, invest overseas, get resident permits and citizenships, etc, by themselves as they gain experience in a way that they only need your guidence in the beggining or are people always dependent on your services every time they want to make an investment overseas or anything that upgrades their nomad capitalist livestyle?

I like that it's an investment instead of a donation, it gives u full access to a great and growing domestic economy and it gives u visa free access to some of countries that a nomad capitalist would want visa free access to such as Mexico, the Balkans, Thailand, the UAE, etc. The only situation in which the St. Nevis passport would maybe the better option is if u renounced or are thinking of renouncing your western citizenship and don't want to lose the travel benefits of a westerner

  45.  @johnpdd  I went do a quick research and it seems weird. While the world was in a lockdown from March 2020, Georgia was having daily cases in the single digits. In fact it appears their first death was in September 2020. That's crazy. It also appears they didn't impose lockdowns but closed some sectors like hotels but from what I've read it's reopened since March 8th. Knowing the fundamentals of the country, even if they decide to take some measures u'll have an easier time there than wherever you're from.

  47. I would use Greek citizenship to have access to the Schengen Area and potentially set a base somewhere in Europe or even become a tax resident in, let's say, Hungary. I think it's a nice alternative to the typical no income tax and territorial tax countries for people who can't exactly afford to get a residence permit in the Malaysias or Panamas. By doing that you're also building a tunnel to live in these places in the future as u'd pay substancially lower taxes by living in Hungary instead of Australia

It sounds like there's a misconception here for example when you say by going offshore you would buy equipment for organic reasons and not to change your EBITDA, implying that buying equipment changes your EBITDA when it doesn't. EBITDA means earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization. That said it is the earnings before subtracting interest, tax, depreciation and amortization. So no, buying equipment does not affect your EBTIDA nor does reducing taxes. Instead buying equipment changes your EBIT, EBT and Net Income
