  4. It has a lump sum tax such as Italy and Switzerland meaning that if you're wealthy and are bringing money to the country u can basically negotiate a flat tax if about 100k/200k a year. Sure u'd have to be really wealthy for that. For example if u make a million a year and u pay a flat 200k that's 20% which is pretty low. If u make 2 million that's 10%. U get the idea

There are tons of great small cities it would be impossible to mention all of them but some that are specially appealing to me are Funchal, in Portugal, Burgas, in Bulgaria and Ohrid, North Macedonia. Again there are many options but these are the ones I like the most that are not in the video

  16. I think one country that definetly deserves more attention is Chile. Some eastern European countries like Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, etc also deserve more attention. Also Lebanon, great banking and if I'm not mistaken it's a territorial tax country.

Apparently they have a residence by investment program and even though it has residence-based taxation it seems u can get some sort of tax credit on foreign-sourced income. The information doesn't seem to be clear and I'd like your usual straight forward approach on the matter. It also seems to be the kind of place one can watch rising from the ground with their ongoing construction project, not to mention proximity to big emerging markets

  28. I would say people don't understand that life expectancy is an average number, you're not the average person therefore it doesn't concern u. For example if there is a lot of poverty in a country it's expected that this country won't have a very high life expectancy. You're not poor therefore you're not gonna be affected by the affects of poverty on the life expectancy of this certain country.

U see once u start living nomadically why compare the lari to the dollar when you're probably never using the dollar again? Why compare it to any other currency when u spend time in multiple countries? Are u gonna compare it to all the currencies from the countries u spend time in, only to realize it's dropped against some and gone up against others? Makes no sense. Let lari be lari and use it to cover personal expenses and investments in Georgia. No currency risk

  45. I personally don't see anything wrong with having pride in the country you're from, it kinda comes naturally, even if you wanna leave u have some sort of bias that connects u with your country. From my experience, I see my country (Portugal) very negatively but It's never irrelevant to me. I'll always want it to become better and to succeed. It's part of who I am and I can't deny it.
